I watched your video and decided to try pressing the brake pedal and "hey presto!" problem solved! The car started without inserting the key into the ignition barrel. I searched the web/TH-cam to find this solution but to no avail, so thanks again for your very useful video!
You forgot the hold down the unlock button to roll down the front two windows while the car is off. When using this feature, and the remote start feature, this must be done prior to remote starting the car.
I just got a 2020 Nissan Altima and I can’t figure out how to lock all 4 doors. I tried using the lock button inside, button on the door handle and also the key fab but nothing works. Can someone tell me how to lock all 4 does please?
If you hold the lock and unlock for like 3 seconds your car will flash it's lights three times and then you can turn that horn beep off when you press that lock button to turn it back on just do the same thing and then your car will honk once and then you can honk your horn again with the lock button

Your altima has to have auto down windows one the driver AND the passenger side for that to work. If only your drivers side is auto down this won't work.
I saw another video ( th-cam.com/video/Qo-6EWrV6Gs/w-d-xo.html )on this so I decided to try it on my '07 Altima. You make sure the doors are locked and press the unlock button twice, holding it down on the second push for a few seconds. It worked on my '07, I couldn't believe it.
just got the car back from the body shop - and now pressing the little buttons on the handle will not unlock the car even if the fob is right next to it. the fob buttons work fine, so it's not the fob battery. They did disconnect the car battery when they worked on the car. I didn't see any kind of setting in the control panel that would disable the door handle buttons. None of the buttons work now. How do I reactivate them? This is a 2017 Altima
Got one more tip for you. If you have your engine turned off and the key is still in the vehicle when you get out and close the doors, the vehicle will start rapidly beeping to let you know the fob is still inside.

There are a couple of things that could be going on. First, check the car settings to see if it's disabled. You can access the sittings through your steering wheel while the car is in Park. Second, the car won't auto start if one of the doors didn't close properly. So make sure they are all fully shut and locked in addition to the trunk and the hood and your car should be able to auto-start. Hope this helps!

There isn't one. If your battery dies on the fob on these ones you can just hold the fob really close to the push button start until it beeps once and then start the car normally.
You will need that mechanical key to open the locked door if your intelligent key fob malfunctions. Hold the fob right up to start button to pair it Nd allow you to start vehicle even with no or a dead CR2032 battery in the fob.

an additional feature on the fob...IF you hold the unlock button down, the front windows will open.

Anyone know how to "marry" the fob back to the car? Changed the battery in my 2013 Altima and it screwed the fob for remote useage. Anyone?

To start my 2019 Altima I just push lock button once and hold the the start button for 3 seconds.
Don't hold the start button. Step on the brake and just push it. "PUSH BUTTON START"

What's the convention key in the key fob for? There's no locks to put the key in.

My Dad was able to open my trunk with the hidden switch, even tho I was in the house with the I key on my possessions. How can I change that???
