I don’t think that that is how it is prevented. If you just ban porn it doesn’t stop people from having the idea that porn should be allowed. People will still seek out porn or any versions of it to express these sexual drives. I think we would need to make people more aware about this so they realize how this isn’t true freedom. An example in how we could show people this is that people who watch porn are often not much happier than people who don’t and could sometimes even be less happy because of things like addiction.
