The way she started the shoulder/neck massage at 29:50 looked amazing. I don’t think I’ve seen that technique before. If someone did that to me for 30 minutes, I’d be in bliss

You probably need to consult with the shop before making an appointment. I asked, some salons have a therapist who specializes in special hair treats but some salons don't
