Giiiirl this made me realize (even more) how harsh I can be on my art at times. It's awesome that you included showing us pieces that had some "errors" (and still so beautiful) - made me think of how critical I've been this month, ...when I thought I was getting way better at this! Thank you for staying real and letting us into your world! As a fellow portuguese, you're inspiring me greatly to persevere in this field
Thank you for such a kind comment ❤I'm so glad that this helped, even if just a little bit. We can really be so harsh on ourselves when we really don't have to be. Obrigada! 😍
After 10 years I’m getting back to doing art again, big mistake of not being consistent. Sure I did paintings here and there. But thanks for this gentle reminder to keep going :) I love your sketches! And I agree about sketching someone that inspires you, I also come from a household where no one cared much snout my art but I’ve been dating my boyfriend For 6 months now and I draw him a lot and he’s always in my corner cheering me on to keep drawing !
Thank you for sharing this with us! Tbh, I'm in the phase where I find myself feeling reluctant and uncomfortable to draw. In my head I want all my works to be good, to be perfect, to want them to be what I imagine, and when they came out not what I expected them to be, I feel really disappointed in myself. I think all the pressure that I put on myself kinda makes me forget what made me fallen in love with art in the first place. Watching your video and see all the recorded journey helps remind me that not everything we make going to be perfect, and being messy is actually count as progress! Thank you for making me falling in love again ❤
This is so inspiring! Thank you for sharing your experience with your sketchbook. What a good reminder that nothing is set in stone and we have the ability to change in so many ways.
There are no more words to say. You explaind everything so beautifully. That feeling. All of these fealings when you making art. There is nothing more to say than just… thank you for showing your jurnay and inspiring people to not give up.
I really enjoyed this tour and your descriptions of how you've grown emotionally throughout the journal. The way this particular one has a hold on your emotions, really resonates with me.
I'm so glad you stuck with your art and finished this sketchbook. Thanks for sharing with us! Makes me a think differently about my sketchbooks that I haven't been happy with. Proud of us both for sticking with it! 🥲
Thank you! You should definitely be proud of your sketchbooks, no matter what they look like, or how long ago you made them 💙 sketchbooks are wonderful things!
I am watching this video shortly after waking up and just sitting at my desk to doodle something myself and honestly, this is a really nice vibe. The part of you not being taking seriously for drawing to marrying the guy that shows interest in your activity made me smile a lot. Hope you're having a great day!
I enjoyed seeing the Tik tok videos on the side of you drawing the pages 😊 very cool addition! Love your style and your sketches! Also I appreciate the words of encouragement and sharing your story! Being an artist can really be an inner battle. I go back and forth with how I feel about my art. This was really inspiring 😁
Your art is beautiful, and I can’t wait to see it grow! Id love a video on how you draw such great poses. Thanks for sharing your story. There are those of us who do really care, and I admire your courage in telling a little bit about what you went through!
You are AMAZING!!!!! Are you for real with how unreal you draw?!!!! Your sketchbook I would buy in a store and could stare at each page for hours. I'm in love with your art. I draw and I would literally do anything to have a quarter of your talent. I'm so happy I can across your channel and this was the first video I saw. Such a special video you have shared, I am so excited to binge on the rest of your videos!💖💖 Taryn xxx
I just want to quickly say Wow, that you put yourself out there in an almost vulnerable state, you're so strong and inspiring. Thank you for sharing your story (and sketchbook)!
Thank you for sharing 🙏, letting go and releasing ego is a challenging path we must take in order to be more complete be truly happy, needed to hear this exact words on this exact video on a random video that pop in my feed, thanks!

So related able I have a red sketchbook I started in 2020 and I'm on the last page but I have Been delaying finishing it and been touching up some of the older pages. Been through a lot with this sketchbook.
Truly inspiring! Thank you for telling your story and showing your amazing art. This is the first video I saw of you and I immediately subscribed. Your authenticity and vulnerability have encouraged me to follow my own artistic dreams as well. Your drawing style is wonderful and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art and videos! Thanks and warm greetings from Belgium to Portugal💛
I love seeing the progression in this. It's fabulous. What pen do you use for your ink work? (Your ink makes me happy; those bears early on that you seemed a bit conscious of -- I thought they were awesome!)
I sketched something while I watched this video, something dear to me. I drew a cardinal bird. This might seem just like a bird but to me it symbolizes positive change and happiness. I was born and raised in Ohio in a little town (for the most part) by Michigan. We ended up moving to a different area after a very unfortunate situation and our lives changed for the better. We had to move away from Ohio but this bird that I remember looking out the window to see a little flash of red, will always be held dear. ❤ The reason I mentioned Ohio was because the Ohio state bird is a cardinal so it also kind of simplifies my home state.

Wait? You're Portuguese? From Coimbra? Or were you travelling?
may I ask what sketch book this is?
