I watched this, then cut out my pieces, layer them out on the table to see hoe they would look, but I layer them out going to the left, of course that wasn't going to work, and I couldn't figure out why, so I watched how to so them together, and it was like DUH! Go to the right. Thank you for sharing your time and, your talent with all of us.
Awesome topper. Look forward to making. Has endless possibilities. My granddaughter and I just found your channel. Good for her to see men can be creative and crafty too👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Look forward to watching more
was trolling through my folder for table scrapes and found this again. I wanted to do a hexagon, but didn't want to loose the focal fabric in strips. sweet ! just what was calling me to do. thanks again.
I like everything you do I love how you explain things very well I think you would make someone a great husband because you do everything cooking sewing crafts
I adore you! All videos are informative, fun and punctuated. I also love that you are a jack of all trades! Hunting, canning, quilting! You’re awesome!!!
Thanks for sharing. I love your videos! Always great instructions & details. I'm new to sewing and you have given me confidence making your projects. Keep up the great work!!
You could make this project with a serger if you increased the hex pattern size and serged (with a 3-thread overlock) using wrong sides together. Quilt the top and bottom with batting and either bind the sides or serge them with a short stitch length. Very nice project however you make it.
Você é show 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I really like this. I am preparing for a craft fair and I would love to have fall ones like this. I am a little afraid of binding but ...I think I might manage. Thanks. Good Job
Gail Lewis You just take a hexagon that is half the size of the table topper you want (plus seams). And for the outer parts, you just cut the hexagon in half.
Why do you have to give your name, birth date and phone number to join you on facebook? All I want to know is what size is your hexagon template. Not fond of giving away personal info.
I am dialect and your instructions are sooooo very good , thankyou !!!!

I would like to make a smaller version of this, what do i cut the half hexies at?
I really like this. I am preparing for a craft fair and I would love to have fall ones like this. I am a little afraid of binding but ...I think I might manage. Thanks. Good Job
Very good instructions. What batting are you using?
I usually use a cotton batting because it lays flatter but sometimes I use a cotton poly blend.
@@ScrappyPatch Thank you for sharing that information. It is very confusing to know what to use with so many options.
I NEED THAT PATTERN FOR A 13" HEX BLOCK [MEASURED TO THE FLAT SIDES]
AN I AM NOT SURE HOW TO DO CHANGE THE SIZE???? CAN YOU HELP ME???
Obrigado
If I wanted to make it smaller how do I figure what size the outside pieces should be cut?
Gail Lewis You just take a hexagon that is half the size of the table topper you want (plus seams). And for the outer parts, you just cut the hexagon in half.
Oh yes I see it now thank you ☺️
❤❤❤❤
Thus looks great! However. Where do I find the Measurements?
Pratico
What fun
Wish you would have shown putting the back on
I believe the back is under the other layers.
Under the batting
What were the finished dimensions of this project? Thanks

So what size hexagon? What size are the half hexagons? Not enough info to make this. Disappointing.
I show you how to make them
In the video
Why do you have to give your name, birth date and phone number to join you on facebook? All I want to know is what size is your hexagon template. Not fond of giving away personal info.
Why not just give the dimensions of the hexagon? This is about the least helpful video I've ever seen.
This comment is the least helpful comment I have seen and VERY disappointing
