    Interesting responses to the dating question asked at 9:22. I like the girl in the hats answer, it is open-minded and fair, leaving the door open. The other girl has a right to her preference, but I believe she's apprehensive because of a lot of peer pressure and fears of the unknown.

    • @godiy7397
      @godiy7397 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It's a common thing in China for the younger generation to mention English names when a foreign national ask of their name. Mostly, these names are given to them by their ESL teachers at a very young age and they stick to it but these names are not found in any of their official documents.
      It's similar to a Ghanaian born on a Wednesday and so called Kweku by everyone at home but the name, kweku may not be found in any of his documents.
      The only difference is, theirs are given mostly by their ESL teachers.

    You should have said what do they think about Black Africans
    Just like you ask them what they think of Black Americans. Most Africans don't call themselves Black. They say Nigerian or Kenyan, etc. You lumped all Black people together. We are not the same, culturally.

    • @dappadondadda100
      @dappadondadda100 ปีที่แล้ว

      And all over the world, people will assume you're an African if you have black skin and not that you're a Nigerian or Kenyan. Black/African are lumped into one all over the world.
      For example, the moment you touch down in the USA, if your skin is black, you'll be viewed as an African-American and treated like one. Even when it's known that you're from the continent of Africa, that won't change much in terms of how you are viewed or treated.
      So there is nothing wrong with the interviewers' approach in how he asked the question.

    • @BronzeSista
      @BronzeSista ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dappadondadda100 it is different in China because there are more Africans in China. So he should have said Black Africans, how are they viewed in China. He specifically said Black Americans. Its not the same thing. Africans just started calling Black, but most don't because it's an American thing as in Black Americans. Believe you me most Chinese people know the difference.
