I tried this recipe with 2.8kg bone in brisket. I seared the surface in hot oven to give that BBQ look and seal in the meat juice, then followed by 8hr slow and low roasting. It turned out to be amazing with tones of succulent meats and a jug full of incredible beef essence.

Note: Cooked this last night and the glaze burnt. Do not turn your oven up to 180 and put the ribs back in for 20 to 40 mins just leave it on 100. The text in the video needs to be updated.

Smoked beef ribs is literally the best. Lots of people who live in apartments and condos literally don't know what they're missing out of their lives when they can't do any outdoor cooking.
One think i like about you, unlike any other chefs , jamie taste the food any time any part while cooking. Being original . Most of the chefs on tv show manners and doesnt even taste the food .
Love your recipes Food Tube!! And your plethora of Chefs is amazing!!!! One thing I would love would be for Food Tube to have a special appearance by the Fabulous Baker Brothers. They are amazing cooks and the back and forth banter between the brothers would suit this channel really really well. Just a suggestion as I know this channel is already chocka block full of talent.

Carrot is my absolute favourite, I have it on a daily basis! It's sweet and crunchy and pairs well with so many things!
While the meat is the main focus, I have to say the salad is on point. Jamie creates lovely salads and they are never boring. Love the jumper Jamie ;)
