    Second, I have a question "Shatter", verb number 10, can I say that someone shattered someone's heart? Is it something that make sense?

      Oh yes, "to shatter one's heart" is a dramatic/poetic way of saying "break someone's heart."

    Why does the sentence after "since" have negative meaning?
    I saw you smile happily, it means I didn't see you smile happily
    I hope you explain this structure that makes me crazy

    good job teacher. Take a day-off for pampering yourself. I will justify it with the CEO. I knew the word overlook, it is usual in our restless society, we dont have enough time for everything, bingering down a pile of files on the table., so we are overlooking a lot of tasks without realizing, sometimes the mistake is huge and I have to let the worker go.
