Hi, IPTV is not connecting to wifi. IP & Internet says 'Not Available'. However, other devices on the same network are working. Tried restarting the router and IPTV , both couldn't resolved the issue. Would you recommend any actions that could help? Thank you in advance.

I was using my MAG 254 box using WiFi and was working absolutely fine. Woke up today and now isn’t working. On the “Page Loading Error” screen it’s says WiFi Disabled but when I go in to Network settings the box is picking up the available WiFi signals and accepting the password. But when I refresh, it still connection as DOWN and WiFi disabled. Any help please? Don’t know why it has suddenly stopped working wirelessly. If I move the box to the router and connect through an Ethernet cable it works fine, but my router and TV are too far to have an Ethernet cable running between them. Any reason why this would be working and then suddenly stopped?

I found a fix use a ethernet cable and if the one cable doesn’t work find another ethernet cable that should fix it. Make sure urs connected to the router/modem. Connect it to the tall box like one
The ethernet says enabled (after I manually input the IP, subnet mask etc.), but the internet says not available (after briefly showing connected for 5 seconds). Any ideas on the problem? The router and LAN cable work fine for other devices.

Hey guys, when you type in your password. On the virtual keyboard press ok from there. Do no press back or home button when you have typed the password for me what happens is the password changes. Hope that helps.

It is not common that the portal address vanish by itself after inputting it. If is saved. The session for name is optional and shoul be a name just to difference from other portal in case you are using more than one. The portal address will not be saved if you just exit. Make sure to ok the change from the virtual keyboard. And then clicking the little Arch rseveral times untill pop the saving. Sorry if you already did that. But, that's the standard and there is not other way that i know.. G.L
page loading error with the details explained will never be that connection is ok and provider is down. Provider down will simple not show channels . but box still connect to the internet.
Yes Mac Address is alphanumeric I f you are connecting with cat5 (direct connection) you should have an ip address ethernet should be enabled and a mac address if your ethernet port is good. But if internet not available then your router may not be getting connection from your modenm so check and make sure other devices are working from your router. Or if you are sure your router and your modem are syncing and there is not problem then you iptv service provider portal may need to be updated or refreshed as it could be down and also may give you that error . Remember expired account or incorect mac address will pop up a message YOUR STB IS BLOCK CALL THE PROVIDER rather than internet connection error.
I have a mag250 and the ethernet works fine, wifi works fine in all of the other devices, laptops, cellphones, etc, but in the box it says Network not available and link:down while showing the mac number but the ip number is n/a. Also when I go to the network menu in settings it doesn't show the available wifi networks. The router is very close to the box but the light of the antenna is off at all times. Any ideas as to why is this happening?
Internet status shows down and sometimes up. Wifi is connected. Ip address n/a Mac address is showing. Internet connection : not available. How can i fix it ? If you already reset your router then, you may want to try a different wifi antenna or alternate the USB port if you are using an external wifi antenna.
Hey i got iptv on a mag box and in videoclub when i try to watch movies. The movie will play for 20 or 30 mins then stop and i get a message that says "the file is still being uploaded. Please try again later" then i have to restart the movie and forward it to the part where it stopped then watch again and then after 20 mins it does it again. Wtf. Why and how do i fix this? Its done this on several iptv servers.
Your account may be expired. And if is not yet, then you may need a refresh, if that would be the case then you need to ask the seller to do it for you if you do not have full access to the account.
Few thing may be happening: 1st, you have a not compatible adapter, 2nd, you may be too far from your router or your wifi encription setup is not in compliance with the mag. (Outdated router config) 2.4GHz b/g/n, if you have. But before any troubleshooting make sure your mag is detecting the wifi antenna like i show in the video it ahould have a mac address. If so check is not detecting your or none at all.

You can get that uneatable or intermittent connection when the wifi signal is not strong enough, ex: signal going through more than one layer wall, wifi antenna or build in wifi in your Mag is not receptive enough. Try getting closer to the source if possible and test again if that fix the problem, then consider a wifi extender to boost your wifi signal or consider direct connection over wifi. Meaning, there are wifi extender with and ethernet port on where you can direct connect to the extender which at the same time is getting the signal wirelessly from the router.

Wifi or ethernet may show enable or connected with ip address assigned because your box is connecting with the router with no problem but don't forget to check if your router is getting connection from the modem. Unless you have a combo unit. Still check your modem or reset if you need to so it could reasign the ip to your mag. On page loading error the option internet should show connected/enabled. If is not your case and all that look okay i would reboot your mag to refresh. Other than that, do your troubleshooting one connection at a time. Ether wireless or hardwire to see if problem continues. Check other devices connected to your wifi to see if they also have issue. If everything is working fine except your mad, then make sure you mac address is not banned. (That would be unusual as you would be getting the message your stb is blocked call the provider...

Sometimes it need to be done if for example your account is triggered with one of several reasons (using VPN or proxy conexions, trying to use the same donation in more than one device or emulating the mac address in another device, changing internet provider or using the device in a different zone. If you have access to your account then you can do it yourself or change or update the portal address on your account and match the info on server setting on your mag.
Never expose to the open internet your mac address if is attached to an account as it could be emulated on other devices giving something similar to what you described. Not that this is your case. Just to be aware.
Hi. Hope you are well. First of all, thank you for your videos. I have a Mag box 254 and it works well with the ethernet cable. However it does not work with the Wi-Fi. When I connect it to Wi-Fi, the page loading error comes up. IP address, Mac address and Wi-Fi is enabled but internet shows as not available. Despite my Wi-Fi working well on my other devices. Any advice would be great. Many thanks.
To understand better, if you confirm that is actually connected to wify then make sure to disconnect the ethernet and select from the setting (inner menu) the wireless connection as to be preferable. It should be auto priority to wifi if is the only connection but, sometimes is not. So make sure it is really connected to wifi mostly 2g because depending on the wifi antenna you have (internal or external) 5g may not be supported.

Hi , i have entered passwords so many times. Internet works great on phones laptops even on tv as well. But for iptv 254 it shows disabled. I enetered password so mamy times still it is showing me disabled. What can i do please help
Mag254 by default is not wireless ready unless you are using a dongle or is 254w1. In in both cases they are not dual band and cannot read 5g may only connect to 2G depending on the encryption type you are using. I'm assuming you can see the wifi SSID but when trying to connect keep failing. Solution, even if all your other devices are connecting without problem. Reset you modem and router. And try again if still not you may try a test with a different wife to check if the problem is not your wifi encryption If your problem is not the internet then is your internal or external wifi antenna. You may need to try another wifi dongle ir stick with the hardwire connection. Be aware that Mag254 is discontinue and lack of support from infomir
2Shortcuts thank you so much for replying. I got this month almost a month ago and at that time it worked great. After one week it started showing me wifi disabled. I went to the shop and firstly it was not even working there but then that guy at the shop changed something and said your previous servers were blocked because of your smart tv. He said now it will work because he already reset everything on it. I changed 3-4 portals, re-entered wifi password so many times but still it shows wifi disabled. One family lives in our basement, they are using same wifi and iptv and that’s working perfectly fine.
It sound like he enabled cat5 as the only connection. Just to make sure, even with wifi disabled from inner portal you should see a mac address on wifi if there is no mac address then the wifi antenna is bad or your box is not your box [if you know what that means] however, if you see a mac address then, maybe the wifi connection was disabled like i said. From setting look for inner portal, then from inner portal look for setting then for network then for wifi and enable DHCP enable or auto on wifi, save the changes and reboot. Then try again
Sorry but, that may be a software or hardware issue and the only thing i can recommend you is a factory default to start from scratch. If you decide to do it remember to copy URL portal information first so you could put it back after the default complete. you will need to be connected to the internet to get the update in your case tries the wireless again if for whatever reason you still have the same problem then, consider buying a dongle USB antenna or use a direct connection via cat5. the server information to input the URL portal may not be available until the update is complete. be aware that may be more than one update available. You only need one of the two connection to the internet. With that description, internet up and ethernet up. Then it is the portal address that is either misspelled or incorrect. Update your server/portal address and double check it is exactly as it was given to you then save and reboot. Good luck.
Look at error page. Portal1 that is the server information you have that may need to be updated. Go system stting - server- portal and in URL box correct or update the information exactly as is was given to you...save and reboot.

It may show enable because is connected to the router but the router may not be getting internet connection from the modem unless you have a combo unit....either way the internet option should also show enable or connected. if both options; internet and wifi are enable and you still getting page loading error, then you have a server address outdated or misspelled or your mac address not associated wit it. remember wifi and internet should be enable if internet is in red then troubleshoot your internet as that is the problem even if it shows wifi enabled
Pls I need help, mine when it gets to portar menu bc of bad connectivity, it shows that with is enabled then after 3-5 seconds it says not enabled and it repeats the same thing over and over again, I tried to fix it by rebooting it many times but it didn't work, do you know how can this be fixed?
that intermittent connection could be a bad cat5 port on the back of your router or a bad cat5 head. yes, even if nobody played with it, probably got loose, or the port just went bad. try changing the port and or changing the cable. worst-case scenario it could be the port on the back of the iptv itself. in that case, you need to try wireless.
Hi. Can anyone assist me please? On my MAG254 I get a loading problem message, even when I Try Again, Resart Portal and Reboot device I get the same message. My Internet and Ethernet say Enabled. My IP and MAC are also visible. Then WIFI No Connected and IP and MAC say Not Available. Is this a problem which can be reolved, if so how. You may be right as this model is long discontinued. Discontinued hardware will lack support and compatibility as other models replace them. To my knowledge infomir do not update firmware on discontinued devices. Even Mag254 will soon be discontinued as Mag322 and other advanced STB conquer the market. Sorry i have no much input about that model.
I would not mind the no wifi message if is on the page loading error especially if the box is not wifi ready and if you just connect using an ethernet cable. unless would be popping up at ramdon on a regular screen, and as far as I know, original MAG from Infomir do not do that. If you have the wireless version then disable wifi as the primary connection from Network setting from the inner portal or turned off that way it will not try to auto-connect when detecting a wifi hotspot.

If there is no problem with your internet as described. Then, Is 99% an issue with your URL/ portal address, even if it looks ok the server may still fail to populate the Mac address associated with the account. Some times the way to correct it is changing to another server if available or clearing the info on the account (Mac address) save that change and then attach the info again, also resending/ refreshing, lastly and most important if everything else fail is using the full URL address for your portal server. Provided as alternative url that looks somehow longer than the provided. That info should be available on your account portal if you have access or will need to ask your reseller to provided to you. Hope that help.

If you are using WiFi, then don't worry about ethernet not connected. However, the wifi area should be enable with ip address and definitely the internet ootion should be enable. If all that is true and still have the page loading error then, you problem could be uneatable internet connection (maybe too far from router) or your URL address/ portal need to be refreshed. That assuming that you have an active account. I would try to do a direct connection with an ethernet cable to the router that way you eliminate that the problem is your service provider URL/portal.
Hi ! Thank you for the great video. I seem to have a different problem altogether. After connecting the device through wifi it says successfully saved but on the page loading it still shows the error. wifi says its enabled , ip address - not available and mac adress is shown. Internet option at top says- Not available. For some reason it cannot get the ip address.Kindly suggest !
Some times it have to do with the type of encryption you are using. WPA, ASE etc. Make sure the type of wifi encryption you have match the same encryption is populating on your mag before inputting your password......if for example you are using WPA2 on your router and is the same your mag is detecting and it shows that connect but nothing happens. Then try a different encryption. Example. ASE repeat the process and it should work. Unless the wifi antenna connecting on your mag is not approved. If you have a build in antenna then your internet router is setup with an encryption (hotspot) not supported by your mag.......again play chaingimg the encryption. And don't forget to reset your router and mag to refresh....

No really if some other devices works fine. However it may need a software update if available from manufacture. Mostly update option will shows if router is online and you are in the router setup.. but, also consider the router is outdated if is too old and not capable to keep an stable bandwidth regardless of software updates. Not good for streaming devices. As you can get too many lagging and freezing that may make you believe that is your mag. Don't get me wrong with that. Freezing can also be your provider server overloaded with more client than what they can handle... Very typically... Good luck
Hi, awesome video. I've got Mag322 but having issue switching the box off. The LED light stays white and goes on standby mode rather than switch off completely. It use to light red before when turning it off, not sure why it's not working now. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
@@2Shortcuts yes everything works fine, just problem switching the box off once viewing the channels. when i press the switch off button, the box just goes into standby mode with LED light as white rather than red as before. red light is when it is shut down completely.
Okay, I'm not sure about the light status on mag322 as I got the box once and just tested finding that it was the same as mag 254 with a minimum chance on the interface and few advance futures like the ability to be partially controls through HDMI from other device remote. Meaning the HDMI- CEC future may be on and maybe that may cause the power to be on stand by instead of turning off in order to respond when for example the tv is on or of the mag will do the same without using its own remote. If that happens not to be the case then go over the setting again from inner portal NOT the external interface setting as the options are limited. Try to see in the inner portal setting if there is any option power light status I know for sure there is an option to change the intensity of the light but I cannot recall if there was any option to keep it on or off. Otherwise, I would not mind as long as the box works. G. Luck

I did locate the power light setting which allowed me to adjust the brightness of the light but no option to switch the box off ‘deep standby’.. when i press the power off button from inner portal the box does turn off completely with a red light. Hallo. Your tutorial is most explicable, but I still have an issue I want to discuss. I have a mag322 in which settings are pretty same my problem is that it shows Wi-Fi: Enabled, it also shows me an IP adress as well as a MAC adress. On top it shows Internet Enabled and in seconds Not available and that goes on and on. Do you know what is the problem?
make sure the MAG 322 is using the same type of Wi-Fi security as the router (e.g. WPA, WPA2). be aware m322 is not dual band so, also keep in mind the distance from the mag to the router
@@2Shortcuts I checked my MAG322 and it has the same WI-FI Security as the router (WPA2 PSK). It is picking up WI-FI from a microtik acces point which is connected through wire cat. 5e on a swich connected to my router so I guess I have to check my dongle maybe it's not the right one for my MAG. I've also tried to connet my MAG with Wire strait to my router but I get the same result as before.
At last I tried another solution. I set my mag322 wired and I set also a static IP adress and everything has gone far more better. Do you know if this scheme could work through devolo powerline In order to eliminate so many wires? Or else I will look for a more compatible antenna?

There are so many different wireless extenders that is hard to say. I do have the one I'm testing connected to a wireless extender that have an ethernet port on it. And my self have not seen any difference than direct hardwire from the router. So give it it try but you should be aware that speed is almost always slower
Sorry, i may not be understanding but, frames are linked to resolution. As FPS (frames per seconds) if that is you cannot change frames/s on your end you can change out out resolutions from the external portal setting. Remember once you link your mag to a portal most settings are overwritten by your service provider setting and you will be limited to change only the setting available on the main interface setting. If you were referring to speed setting Mb/s to avoid lagging or freezing because your internet speed is not fast enough. Then sorry you cannot change any setting to accomdate picture quality or resolutions. Depending on The package and service you have try to stick with standard definition channels as they will need less bandwidth and will render better with less speed. Still, behaviour could be random. Note: increasing buffering from inner portal to 100, 400 or 1000 will no help with the frame/s or output resolution.
How to go to advance setting to change frame number as my net is not that much fast. Once box is updated and start working I can not go to advance settings.
You can always choose inner portal from outer portal setting And make changes to advance setting from inner portal. But, remember outer portal will override most inner setting.

if you are using a dongle (USB wifi adapter) then more likely is a none compatible or is a defective antenna, in either case, you should not see a mac address assigned (Same Apply if is a build-In antenna) otherwise if a mac address is visible but it shows on network setting like nothing is connected. then try rebooting the box with the antenna in the front USB or alternate between one and the other. See these steps as a process of elimination. You may also want to default wifi over Ethernet on network setting (From Inner Portal Setting) you may also see that the antenna is there but may fail to see your SSID (wifi hotspot) remember this version is not Dual-band and only see 2G, not 5G worst-case scenario you will have to use a hardwire connection to your router or get a compatible MAG-254 wifi dongle.
I have a MAG 322 and I have been using wifi to to use this. But a few days ago it stop working, my wifi is still showing Enable but the Internet is showing "NOT AVAILABLE" I tried everything to fix this but nothing's working. Please advice. Thanks.
Have you try rebooting your router?. If so check if you still can see a mac address for your mag. An ip address will only shows if there is a router connection and remember that have nothing to do with the internet connection. If not then your wifi antenna is gone. If rebooting your router do not fix the issue then find a way to connect your box via cat5 and see if the connection problem is only via wifi.. you may need to factory default your mag if none of the steps seems to work before buying a compatible usb wifi antenna
The problem that I am having is @2:44 I am using a Modem/Router Combo and the Internet will flicker back and forth between Not Available and Enabled. I get the same thing when trying to connect through wifi. ( 0.2.18-r23-254 August 19, 2018) Thinking of buying a new box, any suggestions that support Stalker middleware?
i don't think both connections would be giving you the same type of problem. (don't get me wrong, "it may happen" but, it is very unusual) unless your mag internal board somehow is bad or overheating. i would check your router speed first,. I know is easy to think that because other devices already connected are showing no problem then the box may be the problem. most time is not. Lack of bandwidth from your router is a big issue when it comes to streaming, how many devices are connected at the same time sucking bandwidth while streaming with the speed you may have. a bad wire from your internet provider, an outdated router software, especially on wifi, you may do speed test directly from the router before you make your move to buy another box. if you already did so. then go for another box.

@@2Shortcuts I think I may have found the problem, and it's not my MAG. I had no issue connecting my mag through my phone's hotspot on LTE. So I might need a new modem, I have noticed an increase in the number of connection time outs when trying to visit websites on my PC. I am still using a Sagemcom F@st 2864 VDSL2 modem that I have had for about 8 years now
@@2Shortcuts Did a hard reset on the modem. All is working now. Might have just needed a firmware update on the modem. I guess firmware is pushed by Big Telco and I'm with TPIA.
Any ideas for connection problem in orange writing at the top of the box? I have a reliable broadband and am using an Ethernet. This error comes up every few hours and freezes the box for 1-2 minutes.
That message is usually caused by your service provider. They may have an overloaded server that is causing intermittent connection loss. Just try another portal address if they provide more than one, or try testing another provider to check.
Sorry, yes your iptv service provider. I noticed this before on porta addressesl running server from mytvxweb for example. So try with another provider if you can. I will soon be digilinking to iptv service.

Have you considered that first, the unit may be too far from the router second, your internet speed is not providing enough bandwidth / too many devices connected or third you may have the wrong URL portal address or need to be updated or may need to use the full url portal address information?

@@2Shortcuts my internet connection has no problem. I was using until yesterday between 50 80MB internet connection speed. And at that home almost noone is using internet. 1. I cant update firmware because that stupid thing freezing in the middle of update. I thought its happening because of that. 2. You know 2. problem. I see only black screen, i can be possible because of url link. But as i said, i was working until yesterday. But it was not because of bad internet connection or wifi.

The only thing that make sense is your internet bandwidth. If you are 💯 sure that the channels that do not works at your location works on your friend's location then it has to be the internet as the URL address ( portal) can be locked to a single country or a single ISP ( internet service provider) Ip. You may have the same ISP but, the IP is different meaning it should not works at all so I discard that that option. Long story short, the problem have to be your internet. So reset your modem after it get back online reset your router. If that do not works then you may need to resend authorization to your account or change to a different server portal.

If is like you said that it works on your friend's house and not in your then yes it have to be the internet. It have to be something else connected at your house that is sharing the same communication port that your mag is using. Hey it could be anything. But, I would start from resetting your ISP equipment
If you keep getting page loading error i would troubleshoot one type of connection at a time. Remember ethernet cable mostly have priority over wireleas connexion if both are enabled/connected at the same time. Try if possible the cat5/wired connexion first as is easier to teoubleshoot. And if you get ip adress and ethernet enable you still have to make sure the ootion internect shows connected. More likely connection error is internet problem and not URL portal address. The reason is that even if the url address is wrong or oudated that will not be a cause to not connect to internet . for the contrary if you mag connect to the internet and the url is wrong you will get a message YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER.. that is why you have to keep troubleshooting your internet connection. Also remember that it doesn't matter if other devices have no problem. You mag ethernet port or your wireless or the router or the cable may be the issue. One more time. Your mag should connect to the internet even if you have a blank url portal. As the other apps do not depend on portal/ url address. Sometimes resetting your router may reasign ip addreas... im having an issue with my mag 322 box the Ethernet is connected and the WiFi are connected but my internet connection keeps flipping between not available and enabled every 5 seconds it started 2 days ago. i have another box in my house that i moved with the same connections and that worked fine so i know its not the cat 5 cable or the connection for the router please help
If it was working fine before as a process of elimination i would reboot the router first so it could reassign another ip address just in case is an ip conflict that is causing that. If that doesn't work i would choose one connection versus the other, network connection is supposed to sitch automatic but, hardware the may give priority to cat5 if is detected and that may trigger on/off intermittently on your wifi. So from inner portal, network check that only one is active at a time.. Other than that a hardwire connection should not have that problem. The wireless however may be more a build-in wifi antenna or wifi encription issue and may not behave the same way as other iptv boxes. Remember mag 322w1 is not a dual band.

After all that there is nothing else that would make sense. To me is pointing to a software or hardware issue. Two thing to be done are either forcing a software upgrade to override the existing or factory defaulting the unit to start from scratch. If you choose option 2 remember to write your portar URL address to use it again later. Sorry, but, following the troubleshooting that you have done, and checking that is not overheating issue to me this is what i woud do

You may be experiencing latency/buffering with your internet connection (check if only happens with your Mag and take into account how many devices are connected at the same time when it happens. If it happens more using wireless or cat5 (direct connection). Also make sure your box is well ventilated and is not overclocking/ overheating. Usually overheating is tha cause for freezing and lock up. forcing ramdoms reboot..
I you are using WiFi then it may be you are too far from the router and you wifi signal is uneatable. If you are using direct connection then you may need to refresh your URL portal address as the Mac address is not linking to your account

When connected via wireless. And Internet is enabled, wifi active/enabled with ip address then, the error could be a server issue (url portal address may need to be refreshed also called resend authorization. This you can do it yourself if you have access to your account if not then need to contact your reseller/provider to do it for you. I'm assuming you account is still active otherwise you would be getting YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER. You can also clear any doubt by trying direct connection with cat5.
never seen that error coming from the mag itself - but, i have seen it from the TV when is not detecting the right resolution format, and may display similar errors, (Resolution not supported or change display setting or something similar to the one you just mention - change source screen resolution which is the same as not reading the resolution from your mag) if that is your case more likely you mag may be booting up in Pal format when is supposed to be booting NTSC or vice versa. definitely you will not see any respond with the remote as nothing is showing on the screen.......to change to the right format. you can try this: 1st reboot and press F1 while booting up. if that doesn't work then reboot (unplugging from power) and hold menu for at least 10 seconds until option to change format pop up. then select the right format for your country. NTSC most N and centro america countries and Pal most occidental and s America. alternatively you can try with a different TV and then change the video format form inner portal or outer porter if available.
If you are hardwired to the internet and would like to use your mag 254 via wireless then, you need a usb wireless antenna compatible with mag boxes standard mag54 do not come wireless ready except the wireless version

Some times even when all your devices are working and only one fail in your case the mag. You may need to reboot your router, so it could distribute a new ip table. Then, reboot your mag, if problem continue then go back to network setting and select forget SSID or selected wifi and try again. You can also try the front usb port. If the problem continue then your wifi antenna may be bad. Try hardwire or a wireless extender with ethernet port so you can hardwire your mag from the wireless extender. Most of the times works better than usb wifi antenna
Unplug your modem and router, and after booting is completed do the same with your iptv box. If problem continue via wireless, try with different wifi SSID if available or try direct connection just to see if the problem may come from your box or the router
If there is no connection error with the internet. (Inernet connected) then you most have a portal address ( server) outdated. Double check it is correct or update exactly as is given to you without skipping a single dot. Then save and reboot. Enjoy...

If your internet is up and ethernet or wireless is also up then your portal address was unlinked from the mac address of your mag. Also could be the URL address need to be updated, and finally make sure you are not using the same account on mire than one device at the same time.
If we are talking about hardwire (direct connection via cat5/6) the internet can only be enabled if ethernet is detecting internet connection. In other words it most be enable and definitely it will show an ip address in order for internet option to be enabled, Unless you are connected wirelessly. Via wireless it may show internet enable and ethernet disabled without ip address. Pleaase double check if you are using wireless as the primary conection and if you see an ip and mac address on the wireless area. Also, make sure (very important) that you see a mac address belonging to the ethernet connection as well as the wireless antenna if you have a wireless version.

initial setup is done from the inner portal panel, as you probably skipped the wireless setup to use just ethernet connection, you need to go back and enable wifi. Just go to system setting from page loading error and look for network setting then wifi and enable both connexions or disable ethernet if you are not going to use it as always have priority over wireless. Note: that even if you manage to connect it via wireless you may have the error YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER. the solution for that will be to request a system refresh or if you have access to youraccount to do it yourself. good luck

You may need to check that your URL address is correct and the new mac address to be updated on your account. Assuming that you right side shows everything is connected like you said. There is no much to troubleshoot but to make sure your donation info is correct and linking to your boc mac address
Sorry! but Mag do not emulate tv brighness or any other color setting so far only the aspect ratio from inner portal. If you are sure is not your TV color setting then, it may be the interface design of the provider you are using, that more likely neither have a way to adjust colors. To clear the doubt do a test with a different provider. Adding a second trial portal on the second server setting section. just google iptv free trial and you will get enough to choose from.. the procedures are almost the same for all of them. good luck
I don't get why it wouldn't work. The infrared signal sent by the remote do not distinguish interfaces. Unless you are having a hardware issue other than technical issue I would double check the remote battery or if any of the key are working.

Si tu problema es reciente y aparecio de repente reinicia el modem y el router intercambia el puerto en el router donde tu mag este conectada. Si aun no resuelve entonces trata otro cable o trata moviendo el receptor como modo de prueba. Lo siento pero es un procedimiento de eliminación que debes seguir para eliminar las posibles causas antes de ir a opciones drásticas como determinar que la conexcion de internet de tu receptor es el problem o tener que darle una configuración de factoria
When both internet enabled and wifi enable with ip address then your server / portal is outdated double check that URL address / portall is correct and that is bounded to you box mac address.
It may be, because your mac address is automatically released when account expired. It may be easy for you to check, counting the days from first day of service if you got a 3, 6, or 1 year deal.. otherwise you would be getting your server is blocked call the provider

But that is too slow so I switched to a wired ethernet adaptor and it is paired with the other wired adaptor but I get a message saying IP and internet not available, but ethernet is enabled. Mag should auto detect the connection giving priority to the ethernet connection. Do the troubleshooting one at a time. Make sure you are connecting to a working router with a good ethernet cable. (Disconnect the wifi dungle from your mag) disconnect the modem and the router from power ( reset) and reconnect and wait for both to be online. Then reboot you mag so it can get a new ip address. And if your mag still shows internet not available then you may have a bad ethernet port. Sorry if that is the case as your only option would be wireless. If you want to clear the doubt if your ethernet port is bad you may need to do a factory reset to see if that fix it. Sometimes you can tell a bad ethernet port if there is no activity light on the port when connecting the cat5 cable
If everything is enabled including the internet then, you need to double check your URL portal address as it could be the problem or need to be updated.
If everything is enabled and you still get connection error reset your modem/router to refresh the ip routing table after modem and router are back online reboot the mag box.
If as you describe. (Ethernet enable, internet enable) then you have a server/portal address mistake. Double check the server setting linking address. 100% is the problem if you are sure the internet connection is not the problem. An active Donation/account linking to a wrong mac address or the other way around trigger that error, otherwise, you would get "your STB is blocked call the provider"
They may be right that is why you should check the address that it was given to you and to make sure you setup the server/portal exactly with the link provided. It happen very often you may be missing a dot.or a letter or may have extra...i know it sound stupid but beleive me that it happens...check the spelling one at a time Use capital letters only if required...
If this is your first time You may need to go to their support page for stb mag or stb emulator to see if they requiere any additional credential in the setup to validate the connection. Unless your mac address is not linked properly to their portal. If you already checked that your mag shows internet connection and the server address is correct then is then.
If it used to work then, it is as the message says, get a replacement or use your mag with direct cable to your router. If is a new wifi antena that is not working make sure it is compatible for mag.
Always troubleshout one connexion at a time to discard that is the mag hardware that have the problem. Check that your router is getting conexion from the modem. Look on page loading error if the internet option show connected/enable. If is in red then you have internet problem even if wifi shows connected on your mag.
That means it was working untill you changed the password?. If that is the case mag will give priority over wifi....depending on the service provider you have you may have an option in the menu to disable ethernet to use only wifi. If you don't then you will need to do it from inner portal, select inner portal from the menu and once there look for network option and make sure to select forget connection to clear the old password and then try again with the new password. As it sounds you are connected to the router, but the router is not getting connection from the modem which connect to the internet. Disconnect tour modem and router from power and reconnect and wait till connection is okay again check and make sure other devices have connections to the internet and if so the connect then do the same with your box and try again
Also make sure you don't have to update your URL portal address and that may also give you No internet connection if is not populating your Mac address
Hello, I connected Wi-Fi and it shows Wi-Fi enabled showing IP and MAC numbers But Ethernet not connected and not showing IP. I restart router, reboot device but nothing. Same error page. Just to confirm: i have usb in the MAG to capture Wi-Fi but not other cables, as per the video. Only HDMI2 cable with the tv. Thanks guys for the help cause the seller is not helping, he said just the URL portal to me
As you described it seems that ethernet should have no connection because there is no cat5 connected. If you are using USB wifi antenna And as you described internet is connected, it shows up address and a Mac address. Then the only reason left for the error is server error, URL address also know as portal address. Make sure your account is not expired, the server address is updated. If all that is okay you may just need a resend authorization also known as refresh. You can do that yourself if you have access to your account interface or request to be done for you by whoever sold you the service
To really eliminate a server error, try to do a direct connection to your router. Even if is not the way you want, just for testing. And if it doesn't works then keep blaming your provider. However, itf it works then the distance from the box to the router is compromising the bandwidth on where is shows connected and flash disconnected without before you even noticed.
That intermittent connection could be a defective port on your mag or on the router or a bad cable itself. Best way to troubleshoot and eliminate the chances that is your box is trying a connection from a different internet like a family or friend just to see if the problem repeat. That if you already replaced the cable and try different ports on the back of your router.

I was using my MAG 254 box using WiFi and was working absolutely fine. Woke up today and now isn’t working.
On the “Page Loading Error” screen it’s says WiFi Disabled but when I go in to Network settings the box is picking up the available WiFi signals and accepting the password. But when I refresh, it still connection as DOWN and WiFi disabled.
Any help please? Don’t know why it has suddenly stopped working wirelessly.
If I move the box to the router and connect through an Ethernet cable it works fine, but my router and TV are too far to have an Ethernet cable running between them.

I found a fix use a ethernet cable and if the one cable doesn’t work find another ethernet cable that should fix it. Make sure urs connected to the router/modem. Connect it to the tall box like one

The ethernet says enabled (after I manually input the IP, subnet mask etc.), but the internet says not available (after briefly showing connected for 5 seconds). Any ideas on the problem? The router and LAN cable work fine for other devices.

Hey guys, when you type in your password. On the virtual keyboard press ok from there. Do no press back or home button when you have typed the password for me what happens is the password changes. Hope that helps.

It is not common that the portal address vanish by itself after inputting it. If is saved. The session for name is optional and shoul be a name just to difference from other portal in case you are using more than one.
The portal address will not be saved if you just exit. Make sure to ok the change from the virtual keyboard. And then clicking the little Arch rseveral times untill pop the saving. Sorry if you already did that. But, that's the standard and there is not other way that i know.. G.L

page loading error with the details explained will never be that connection is ok and provider is down. Provider down will simple not show channels . but box still connect to the internet.

Yes Mac Address is alphanumeric
I f you are connecting with cat5 (direct connection) you should have an ip address ethernet should be enabled and a mac address if your ethernet port is good.
But if internet not available then your router may not be getting connection from your modenm so check and make sure other devices are working from your router.
Or if you are sure your router and your modem are syncing and there is not problem then you iptv service provider portal may need to be updated or refreshed as it could be down and also may give you that error .
Remember expired account or incorect mac address will pop up a message YOUR STB IS BLOCK CALL THE PROVIDER rather than internet connection error.

i'm assuming that it should also say: your STB is block call the provider. if that is the case, it means your subscription expired.
I have a mag250 and the ethernet works fine, wifi works fine in all of the other devices, laptops, cellphones, etc, but in the box it says Network not available and link:down while showing the mac number but the ip number is n/a. Also when I go to the network menu in settings it doesn't show the available wifi networks. The router is very close to the box but the light of the antenna is off at all times.
Any ideas as to why is this happening?
If is an external wifi antenna then the antenna may be bad or the ISB port

If you already reset your router then, you may want to try a different wifi antenna or alternate the USB port if you are using an external wifi antenna.

Hey i got iptv on a mag box and in videoclub when i try to watch movies. The movie will play for 20 or 30 mins then stop and i get a message that says "the file is still being uploaded. Please try again later" then i have to restart the movie and forward it to the part where it stopped then watch again and then after 20 mins it does it again. Wtf. Why and how do i fix this? Its done this on several iptv servers.

Your account may be expired. And if is not yet, then you may need a refresh, if that would be the case then you need to ask the seller to do it for you if you do not have full access to the account.

Few thing may be happening: 1st, you have a not compatible adapter, 2nd, you may be too far from your router or your wifi encription setup is not in compliance with the mag. (Outdated router config) 2.4GHz b/g/n, if you have. But before any troubleshooting make sure your mag is detecting the wifi antenna like i show in the video it ahould have a mac address. If so check is not detecting your or none at all.

You can get that uneatable or intermittent connection when the wifi signal is not strong enough, ex: signal going through more than one layer wall, wifi antenna or build in wifi in your Mag is not receptive enough.
Try getting closer to the source if possible and test again if that fix the problem, then consider a wifi extender to boost your wifi signal or consider direct connection over wifi.
Meaning, there are wifi extender with and ethernet port on where you can direct connect to the extender which at the same time is getting the signal wirelessly from the router.

Wifi or ethernet may show enable or connected with ip address assigned because your box is connecting with the router with no problem but don't forget to check if your router is getting connection from the modem. Unless you have a combo unit. Still check your modem or reset if you need to so it could reasign the ip to your mag. On page loading error the option internet should show connected/enabled. If is not your case and all that look okay i would reboot your mag to refresh. Other than that, do your troubleshooting one connection at a time. Ether wireless or hardwire to see if problem continues. Check other devices connected to your wifi to see if they also have issue. If everything is working fine except your mad, then make sure you mac address is not banned. (That would be unusual as you would be getting the message your stb is blocked call the provider...

Sometimes it need to be done if for example your account is triggered with one of several reasons (using VPN or proxy conexions, trying to use the same donation in more than one device or emulating the mac address in another device, changing internet provider or using the device in a different zone. If you have access to your account then you can do it yourself or change or update the portal address on your account and match the info on server setting on your mag.
Never expose to the open internet your mac address if is attached to an account as it could be emulated on other devices giving something similar to what you described.
Not that this is your case. Just to be aware.
Hi. Hope you are well. First of all, thank you for your videos. I have a Mag box 254 and it works well with the ethernet cable. However it does not work with the Wi-Fi. When I connect it to Wi-Fi, the page loading error comes up. IP address, Mac address and Wi-Fi is enabled but internet shows as not available. Despite my Wi-Fi working well on my other devices. To understand better, if you confirm that is actually connected to wify then make sure to disconnect the ethernet and select from the setting (inner menu) the wireless connection as to be preferable. It should be auto priority to wifi if is the only connection but, sometimes is not.
So make sure it is really connected to wifi mostly 2g because depending on the wifi antenna you have (internal or external) 5g may not be supported.

Mag254 by default is not wireless ready unless you are using a dongle or is 254w1. In in both cases they are not dual band and cannot read 5g may only connect to 2G depending on the encryption type you are using.
I'm assuming you can see the wifi SSID but when trying to connect keep failing.
Solution, even if all your other devices are connecting without problem. Reset you modem and router. And try again if still not you may try a test with a different wife to check if the problem is not your wifi encryption
If your problem is not the internet then is your internal or external wifi antenna. You may need to try another wifi dongle ir stick with the hardwire connection.
Be aware that Mag254 is discontinue and lack of support from infomir
2Shortcuts thank you so much for replying. I got this month almost a month ago and at that time it worked great. After one week it started showing me wifi disabled. I went to the shop and firstly it was not even working there but then that guy at the shop changed something and said your previous servers were blocked because of your smart tv. He said now it will work because he already reset everything on it.
I changed 3-4 portals, re-entered wifi password so many times but still it shows wifi disabled.
One family lives in our basement, they are using same wifi and iptv and that’s working perfectly fine.
It sound like he enabled cat5 as the only connection. Just to make sure, even with wifi disabled from inner portal you should see a mac address on wifi if there is no mac address then the wifi antenna is bad or your box is not your box [if you know what that means] however, if you see a mac address then, maybe the wifi connection was disabled like i said.
From setting look for inner portal, then from inner portal look for setting then for network then for wifi and enable DHCP enable or auto on wifi, save the changes and reboot. Then try again

Sorry but, that may be a software or hardware issue and the only thing i can recommend you is a factory default to start from scratch. If you decide to do it remember to copy URL portal information first so you could put it back after the default complete. you will need to be connected to the internet to get the update in your case tries the wireless again if for whatever reason you still have the same problem then, consider buying a dongle USB antenna or use a direct connection via cat5.
the server information to input the URL portal may not be available until the update is complete. be aware that may be more than one update available. Good L.

You only need one of the two connection to the internet. With that description, internet up and ethernet up. Then it is the portal address that is either misspelled or incorrect. Update your server/portal address and double check it is exactly as it was given to you then save and reboot. Good luck.

Look at error page. Portal1 that is the server information you have that may need to be updated. Go system stting - server- portal and in URL box correct or update the information exactly as is was given to you...save and reboot.

It may show enable because is connected to the router but the router may not be getting internet connection from the modem unless you have a combo unit....either way the internet option should also show enable or connected. if both options; internet and wifi are enable and you still getting page loading error, then you have a server address outdated or misspelled or your mac address not associated wit it. remember wifi and internet should be enable if internet is in red then troubleshoot your internet as that is the problem even if it shows wifi enabled
Pls I need help, mine when it gets to portar menu bc of bad connectivity, it shows that with is enabled then after 3-5 seconds it says not enabled and it repeats the same thing over and over again, I tried to fix it by rebooting it many times but it didn't work, do you know how can this be fixed?
that intermittent connection could be a bad cat5 port on the back of your router or a bad cat5 head. yes, even if nobody played with it, probably got loose, or the port just went bad. try changing the port and or changing the cable. worst-case scenario it could be the port on the back of the iptv itself. in that case, you need to try wireless.

On my MAG254 I get a loading problem message, even when I Try Again, Resart Portal and Reboot device I get the same message. My Internet and Ethernet say Enabled. My IP and MAC are also visible. Then WIFI No Connected and IP and MAC say Not Available.
Is this a problem which can be reolved, if so how.
On a second point, how do I knw if my annual contract is still Live?

Hi. I have a problem with youtube and google services on my mag 250. They just dont open. I updated mag to the last version and problem was the same. Maybe Infomir doesnt support mag 250 in 2019 or what? Pls help.
You may be right as this model is long discontinued.
Discontinued hardware will lack support and compatibility as other models replace them.
To my knowledge infomir do not update firmware on discontinued devices.
Even Mag254 will soon be discontinued as Mag322 and other advanced STB conquer the market.

I would not mind the no wifi message if is on the page loading error especially if the box is not wifi ready and if you just connect using an ethernet cable. unless would be popping up at ramdon on a regular screen, and as far as I know, original MAG from Infomir do not do that.
If you have the wireless version then disable wifi as the primary connection from Network setting from the inner portal or turned off that way it will not try to auto-connect when detecting a wifi hotspot.

If there is no problem with your internet as described. Then, Is 99% an issue with your URL/ portal address, even if it looks ok the server may still fail to populate the Mac address associated with the account.
Some times the way to correct it is changing to another server if available or clearing the info on the account (Mac address) save that change and then attach the info again, also resending/ refreshing, lastly and most important if everything else fail is using the full URL address for your portal server. Provided as alternative url that looks somehow longer than the provided.
That info should be available on your account portal if you have access or will need to ask your reseller to provided to you.

If you are using WiFi, then don't worry about ethernet not connected. However, the wifi area should be enable with ip address and definitely the internet ootion should be enable.
If all that is true and still have the page loading error then, you problem could be uneatable internet connection (maybe too far from router) or your URL address/ portal need to be refreshed. That assuming that you have an active account.
I would try to do a direct connection with an ethernet cable to the router that way you eliminate that the problem is your service provider URL/portal.
Hi ! Thank you for the great video. I seem to have a different problem altogether. After connecting the device through wifi it says successfully saved but on the page loading it still shows the error. wifi says its enabled , ip address - not available and mac adress is shown. Internet option at top says- Not available. For some reason it cannot get the ip address.Kindly suggest !
Some times it have to do with the type of encryption you are using. WPA, ASE etc. Make sure the type of wifi encryption you have match the same encryption is populating on your mag before inputting your password......if for example you are using WPA2 on your router and is the same your mag is detecting and it shows that connect but nothing happens. Then try a different encryption. Example. ASE repeat the process and it should work. Unless the wifi antenna connecting on your mag is not approved. If you have a build in antenna then your internet router is setup with an encryption (hotspot) not supported by your mag.......again play chaingimg the encryption. And don't forget to reset your router and mag to refresh....

No really if some other devices works fine. However it may need a software update if available from manufacture. Mostly update option will shows if router is online and you are in the router setup.. but, also consider the router is outdated if is too old and not capable to keep an stable bandwidth regardless of software updates. Not good for streaming devices. As you can get too many lagging and freezing that may make you believe that is your mag. Don't get me wrong with that. Freezing can also be your provider server overloaded with more client than what they can handle... Very typically... Good luck

Hi, awesome video. I've got Mag322 but having issue switching the box off. The LED light stays white and goes on standby mode rather than switch off completely. It use to light red before when turning it off, not sure why it's not working now. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

@@2Shortcuts yes everything works fine, just problem switching the box off once viewing the channels. when i press the switch off button, the box just goes into standby mode with LED light as white rather than red as before. red light is when it is shut down completely.
Okay, I'm not sure about the light status on mag322 as I got the box once and just tested finding that it was the same as mag 254 with a minimum chance on the interface and few advance futures like the ability to be partially controls through HDMI from other device remote. Meaning the HDMI- CEC future may be on and maybe that may cause the power to be on stand by instead of turning off in order to respond when for example the tv is on or of the mag will do the same without using its own remote.
If that happens not to be the case then go over the setting again from inner portal NOT the external interface setting as the options are limited.
Try to see in the inner portal setting if there is any option power light status I know for sure there is an option to change the intensity of the light but I cannot recall if there was any option to keep it on or off.
Otherwise, I would not mind as long as the box works.

I did locate the power light setting which allowed me to adjust the brightness of the light but no option to switch the box off ‘deep standby’.. when i press the power off button from inner portal the box does turn off completely with a red light. Just doesnt seem to work in external portal. Strange since it use to work before. Thanks again for the help anyway. :)
Hallo. Your tutorial is most explicable, but I still have an issue I want to discuss. I have a mag322 in which settings are pretty same my problem is that it shows Wi-Fi: Enabled, it also shows me an IP adress as well as a MAC adress. On top it shows Internet Enabled and in seconds Not available and that goes on and on. Do you know what is the problem?
make sure the MAG 322 is using the same type of Wi-Fi security as the router (e.g. WPA, WPA2). be aware m322 is not dual band so, also keep in mind the distance from the mag to the router
@@2Shortcuts I checked my MAG322 and it has the same WI-FI Security as the router (WPA2 PSK). It is picking up WI-FI from a microtik acces point which is connected through wire cat. 5e on a swich connected to my router so I guess I have to check my dongle maybe it's not the right one for my MAG. I've also tried to connet my MAG with Wire strait to my router but I get the same result as before.
At last I tried another solution. I set my mag322 wired and I set also a static IP adress and everything has gone far more better. Do you know if this scheme could work through devolo powerline In order to eliminate so many wires? Or else I will look for a more compatible antenna?

There are so many different wireless extenders that is hard to say.
I do have the one I'm testing connected to a wireless extender that have an ethernet port on it. And my self have not seen any difference than direct hardwire from the router. So give it it try but you should be aware that speed is almost always slower

Sorry, i may not be understanding but, frames are linked to resolution.
As FPS (frames per seconds) if that is you cannot change frames/s on your end you can change out out resolutions from the external portal setting.
Remember once you link your mag to a portal most settings are overwritten by your service provider setting and you will be limited to change only the setting available on the main interface setting.
If you were referring to speed setting Mb/s to avoid lagging or freezing because your internet speed is not fast enough. Then sorry you cannot change any setting to accomdate picture quality or resolutions.
Depending on The package and service you have try to stick with standard definition channels as they will need less bandwidth and will render better with less speed.
Still, behaviour could be random.
Note: increasing buffering from inner portal to 100, 400 or 1000 will no help with the frame/s or output resolution.
How to go to advance setting to change frame number as my net is not that much fast. Once box is updated and start working I can not go to advance settings.
You can always choose inner portal from outer portal setting
And make changes to advance setting from inner portal.
But, remember outer portal will override most inner setting.

if you are using a dongle (USB wifi adapter) then more likely is a none compatible or is a defective antenna, in either case, you should not see a mac address assigned (Same Apply if is a build-In antenna) otherwise if a mac address is visible but it shows on network setting like nothing is connected. then try rebooting the box with the antenna in the front USB or alternate between one and the other. See these steps as a process of elimination. You may also want to default wifi over Ethernet on network setting (From Inner Portal Setting)
you may also see that the antenna is there but may fail to see your SSID (wifi hotspot) remember this version is not Dual-band and only see 2G, not 5G
worst-case scenario you will have to use a hardwire connection to your router or get a compatible MAG-254 wifi dongle.

I have a MAG 322 and I have been using wifi to to use this. But a few days ago it stop working, my wifi is still showing Enable but the Internet is showing "NOT AVAILABLE" I tried everything to fix this but nothing's working. Please advice. Thanks.
Have you try rebooting your router?.
If so check if you still can see a mac address for your mag. An ip address will only shows if there is a router connection and remember that have nothing to do with the internet connection. If not then your wifi antenna is gone. If rebooting your router do not fix the issue then find a way to connect your box via cat5 and see if the connection problem is only via wifi.. you may need to factory default your mag if none of the steps seems to work before buying a compatible usb wifi antenna

The problem that I am having is @2:44 I am using a Modem/Router Combo and the Internet will flicker back and forth between Not Available and Enabled. I get the same thing when trying to connect through wifi. ( 0.2.18-r23-254 August 19, 2018) Thinking of buying a new box, any suggestions that support Stalker middleware?
i don't think both connections would be giving you the same type of problem. (don't get me wrong, "it may happen" but, it is very unusual) unless your mag internal board somehow is bad or overheating. i would check your router speed first,. I know is easy to think that because other devices already connected are showing no problem then the box may be the problem. most time is not. Lack of bandwidth from your router is a big issue when it comes to streaming, how many devices are connected at the same time sucking bandwidth while streaming with the speed you may have. a bad wire from your internet provider, an outdated router software, especially on wifi, you may do speed test directly from the router before you make your move to buy another box. if you already did so. then go for another box.

@@2Shortcuts I think I may have found the problem, and it's not my MAG. I had no issue connecting my mag through my phone's hotspot on LTE. So I might need a new modem, I have noticed an increase in the number of connection time outs when trying to visit websites on my PC. I am still using a Sagemcom F@st 2864 VDSL2 modem that I have had for about 8 years now

Any ideas for connection problem in orange writing at the top of the box? I have a reliable broadband and am using an Ethernet. This error comes up every few hours and freezes the box for 1-2 minutes.
That message is usually caused by your service provider. They may have an overloaded server that is causing intermittent connection loss. Just try another portal address if they provide more than one, or try testing another provider to check.
2Shortcuts when you say service provider your talking about the IPTV service provider rather than the broadband supplier such as sky, BT, Virgin etc.
Sorry, yes your iptv service provider. I noticed this before on porta addressesl running server from mytvxweb for example. So try with another provider if you can. I will soon be digilinking to iptv service.

Have you considered that first, the unit may be too far from the router second, your internet speed is not providing enough bandwidth / too many devices connected or third you may have the wrong URL portal address or need to be updated or may need to use the full url portal address information?

@@2Shortcuts my internet connection has no problem. I was using until yesterday between 50 80MB internet connection speed. And at that home almost noone is using internet.
1. I cant update firmware because that stupid thing freezing in the middle of update. I thought its happening because of that.

The only thing that make sense is your internet bandwidth. If you are 💯 sure that the channels that do not works at your location works on your friend's location then it has to be the internet as the URL address ( portal) can be locked to a single country or a single ISP ( internet service provider) Ip.
You may have the same ISP but, the IP is different meaning it should not works at all so I discard that that option.
Long story short, the problem have to be your internet.
So reset your modem after it get back online reset your router.
If that do not works then you may need to resend authorization to your account or change to a different server portal.

If is like you said that it works on your friend's house and not in your then yes it have to be the internet. It have to be something else connected at your house that is sharing the same communication port that your mag is using. Hey it could be anything. But, I would start from resetting your ISP equipment

If you keep getting page loading error i would troubleshoot one type of connection at a time. Remember ethernet cable mostly have priority over wireleas connexion if both are enabled/connected at the same time. Try if possible the cat5/wired connexion first as is easier to teoubleshoot. And if you get ip adress and ethernet enable you still have to make sure the ootion internect shows connected. More likely connection error is internet problem and not URL portal address. The reason is that even if the url address is wrong or oudated that will not be a cause to not connect to internet . for the contrary if you mag connect to the internet and the url is wrong you will get a message YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER.. that is why you have to keep troubleshooting your internet connection. Also remember that it doesn't matter if other devices have no problem. You mag ethernet port or your wireless or the router or the cable may be the issue. One more time. Your mag should connect to the internet even if you have a blank url portal. As the other apps do not depend on portal/ url address. Sometimes resetting your router may reasign ip addreas... Good luck
im having an issue with my mag 322 box the Ethernet is connected and the WiFi are connected but my internet connection keeps flipping between not available and enabled every 5 seconds it started 2 days ago. i have another box in my house that i moved with the same connections and that worked fine so i know its not the cat 5 cable or the connection for the router

If it was working fine before as a process of elimination i would reboot the router first so it could reassign another ip address just in case is an ip conflict that is causing that.
If that doesn't work i would choose one connection versus the other, network connection is supposed to sitch automatic but, hardware the may give priority to cat5 if is detected and that may trigger on/off intermittently on your wifi.
So from inner portal, network check that only one is active at a time..
Other than that a hardwire connection should not have that problem.
The wireless however may be more a build-in wifi antenna or wifi encription issue and may not behave the same way as other iptv boxes. Remember mag 322w1 is not a dual band.

After all that there is nothing else that would make sense. To me is pointing to a software or hardware issue.
Two thing to be done are either forcing a software upgrade to override the existing or factory defaulting the unit to start from scratch. If you choose option 2 remember to write your portar URL address to use it again later.

Just know that any "special characters in the passphrase wont work". I resolved by changing the passphrase by not having special characters.
Sometimes my box will play live games then suddenly it would say ‘connection problem’ but when switch my box on and off, it works. Any reason why this could happen?
You may be experiencing latency/buffering with your internet connection (check if only happens with your Mag and take into account how many devices are connected at the same time when it happens. If it happens more using wireless or cat5 (direct connection). Also make sure your box is well ventilated and is not overclocking/ overheating. Usually overheating is tha cause for freezing and lock up. forcing ramdoms reboot..

I you are using WiFi then it may be you are too far from the router and you wifi signal is uneatable.

When connected via wireless. And Internet is enabled, wifi active/enabled with ip address then, the error could be a server issue (url portal address may need to be refreshed also called resend authorization.
This you can do it yourself if you have access to your account if not then need to contact your reseller/provider to do it for you.
I'm assuming you account is still active otherwise you would be getting YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER.
You can also clear any doubt by trying direct connection with cat5.
Mine says change source screen resolution ? Nothing works on remote
never seen that error coming from the mag itself - but, i have seen it from the TV when is not detecting the right resolution format, and may display similar errors, (Resolution not supported or change display setting or something similar to the one you just mention - change source screen resolution which is the same as not reading the resolution from your mag) if that is your case more likely you mag may be booting up in Pal format when is supposed to be booting NTSC or vice versa. definitely you will not see any respond with the remote as nothing is showing on the screen.......to change to the right format. you can try this: 1st reboot and press F1 while booting up. if that doesn't work then reboot (unplugging from power) and hold menu for at least 10 seconds until option to change format pop up. then select the right format for your country. NTSC most N and centro america countries and Pal most occidental and s America. alternatively you can try with a different TV and then change the video format form inner portal or outer porter if available.

If you are hardwired to the internet and would like to use your mag 254 via wireless then, you need a usb wireless antenna compatible with mag boxes standard mag54 do not come wireless ready except the wireless version

Some times even when all your devices are working and only one fail in your case the mag. You may need to reboot your router, so it could distribute a new ip table. Then, reboot your mag, if problem continue then go back to network setting and select forget SSID or selected wifi and try again. You can also try the front usb port. If the problem continue then your wifi antenna may be bad. Try hardwire or a wireless extender with ethernet port so you can hardwire your mag from the wireless extender.
Most of the times works better than usb wifi antenna

Unplug your modem and router, and after booting is completed do the same with your iptv box.
If problem continue via wireless, try with different wifi SSID if available or try direct connection just to see if the problem may come from your box or the router

If there is no connection error with the internet. (Inernet connected) then you most have a portal address ( server) outdated. Double check it is correct or update exactly as is given to you without skipping a single dot. Then save and reboot. Enjoy...

If your internet is up and ethernet or wireless is also up then your portal address was unlinked from the mac address of your mag. Also could be the URL address need to be updated, and finally make sure you are not using the same account on mire than one device at the same time.

If we are talking about hardwire (direct connection via cat5/6) the internet can only be enabled if ethernet is detecting internet connection. In other words it most be enable and definitely it will show an ip address in order for internet option to be enabled, Unless you are connected wirelessly. Via wireless it may show internet enable and ethernet disabled without ip address. Pleaase double check if you are using wireless as the primary conection and if you see an ip and mac address on the wireless area.
Also, make sure (very important) that you see a mac address belonging to the ethernet connection as well as the wireless antenna if you have a wireless version.

initial setup is done from the inner portal panel, as you probably skipped the wireless setup to use just ethernet connection, you need to go back and enable wifi. Just go to system setting from page loading error and look for network setting then wifi and enable both connexions or disable ethernet if you are not going to use it as always have priority over wireless. Note: that even if you manage to connect it via wireless you may have the error YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER. the solution for that will be to request a system refresh or if you have access to youraccount to do it yourself. good luck

You may need to check that your URL address is correct and the new mac address to be updated on your account.
Assuming that you right side shows everything is connected like you said. There is no much to troubleshoot but to make sure your donation info is correct and linking to your boc mac address

Sorry! but Mag do not emulate tv brighness or any other color setting so far only the aspect ratio from inner portal. If you are sure is not your TV color setting then, it may be the interface design of the provider you are using, that more likely neither have a way to adjust colors. To clear the doubt do a test with a different provider. Adding a second trial portal on the second server setting section. just google iptv free trial and you will get enough to choose from.. the procedures are almost the same for all of them. good luck

My remote doesn’t work when I open that screen
I don't get why it wouldn't work. The infrared signal sent by the remote do not distinguish interfaces. Unless you are having a hardware issue other than technical issue I would double check the remote battery or if any of the key are working.

El problema de conección intermitente puede ser causado si la distancia entre el router y la caja esta muy lejos. En todo caso reseteando el modem y el router pueden alludar a resolver el problema.
Otro problema puede ser la configuración del router para transmisión wifi. Lo compatible es WPA2- personal

Si tu problema es reciente y aparecio de repente reinicia el modem y el router intercambia el puerto en el router donde tu mag este conectada.
Si aun no resuelve entonces trata otro cable o trata moviendo el receptor como modo de prueba.
Lo siento pero es un procedimiento de eliminación que debes seguir para eliminar las posibles causas antes de ir a opciones drásticas como determinar que la conexcion de internet de tu receptor es el problem o tener que darle una configuración de factoria

Wi-Fi is enabled and internet is enabled, still doesn't work. Please help.
When both internet enabled and wifi enable with ip address then your server / portal is outdated double check that URL address / portall is correct and that is bounded to you box mac address.

It may be, because your mac address is automatically released when account expired. It may be easy for you to check, counting the days from first day of service if you got a 3, 6, or 1 year deal.. otherwise you would be getting your server is blocked call the provider
@@2Shortcuts hi. This problem has been resolved with a wireless internet adaptor. But that is too slow so I switched to a wired ethernet adaptor and it is paired with the other wired adaptor but I get a message saying IP and internet not available, but ethernet is enabled. Anything I can do to fix it ?
Mag should auto detect the connection giving priority to the ethernet connection. Do the troubleshooting one at a time.
Make sure you are connecting to a working router with a good ethernet cable. (Disconnect the wifi dungle from your mag) disconnect the modem and the router from power ( reset) and reconnect and wait for both to be online. Then reboot you mag so it can get a new ip address. And if your mag still shows internet not available then you may have a bad ethernet port. Sorry if that is the case as your only option would be wireless. If you want to clear the doubt if your ethernet port is bad you may need to do a factory reset to see if that fix it. Sometimes you can tell a bad ethernet port if there is no activity light on the port when connecting the cat5 cable

If everything is enabled including the internet then, you need to double check your URL portal address as it could be the problem or need to be updated.

If everything is enabled and you still get connection error reset your modem/router to refresh the ip routing table after modem and router are back online reboot the mag box.
Keep getting page loading error.Connected to router through cable getting Internet enabled and ethernet enabled but still no joy obviously.
If as you describe. (Ethernet enable, internet enable) then you have a server/portal address mistake. Double check the server setting linking address. 100% is the problem if you are sure the internet connection is not the problem. An active Donation/account linking to a wrong mac address or the other way around trigger that error, otherwise, you would get "your STB is blocked call the provider"

They may be right that is why you should check the address that it was given to you and to make sure you setup the server/portal exactly with the link provided. It happen very often you may be missing a dot.or a letter or may have extra...i know it sound stupid but beleive me that it happens...check the spelling one at a time

If this is your first time You may need to go to their support page for stb mag or stb emulator to see if they requiere any additional credential in the setup to validate the connection. Unless your mac address is not linked properly to their portal. If you already checked that your mag shows internet connection and the server address is correct then is then.

If it used to work then, it is as the message says, get a replacement or use your mag with direct cable to your router. If is a new wifi antena that is not working make sure it is compatible for mag.
Always troubleshout one connexion at a time to discard that is the mag hardware that have the problem. Check that your router is getting conexion from the modem. Look on page loading error if the internet option show connected/enable. If is in red then you have internet problem even if wifi shows connected on your mag.

That means it was working untill you changed the password?. If that is the case mag will give priority over wifi....depending on the service provider you have you may have an option in the menu to disable ethernet to use only wifi. If you don't then you will need to do it from inner portal, select inner portal from the menu and once there look for network option and make sure to select forget connection to clear the old password and then try again with the new password. Mines says that the WiFi is connected however the Internet isn’t. Do I do the same thing?
As it sounds you are connected to the router, but the router is not getting connection from the modem which connect to the internet.
Disconnect tour modem and router from power and reconnect and wait till connection is okay again check and make sure other devices have connections to the internet and if so the connect then do the same with your box and try again
Also make sure you don't have to update your URL portal address and that may also give you No internet connection if is not populating your Mac address
Hello, I connected Wi-Fi and it shows
Wi-Fi enabled showing IP and MAC numbers
But Ethernet not connected and not showing IP.
I restart router, reboot device but nothing. Same error page.
Just to confirm: i have usb in the MAG to capture Wi-Fi but not other cables, as per the video.
Only HDMI2 cable with the tv.

As you described it seems that ethernet should have no connection because there is no cat5 connected.
If you are using USB wifi antenna
And as you described internet is connected, it shows up address and a Mac address.
Then the only reason left for the error is server error, URL address also know as portal address.
Make sure your account is not expired, the server address is updated.
If all that is okay you may just need a resend authorization also known as refresh.
You can do that yourself if you have access to your account interface or request to be done for you by whoever sold you the service
Thanks I asked the seller and he provided me long URL address with username and password and it doesn’t work.
To really eliminate a server error, try to do a direct connection to your router. Even if is not the way you want, just for testing. And if it doesn't works then keep blaming your provider. However, itf it works then the distance from the box to the router is compromising the bandwidth on where is shows connected and flash disconnected without before you even noticed.

That intermittent connection could be a defective port on your mag or on the router or a bad cable itself.
Best way to troubleshoot and eliminate the chances that is your box is trying a connection from a different internet like a family or friend just to see if the problem repeat. That if you already replaced the cable and try different ports on the back of your router.
