Awesome! Zip-ties are convenient but twists of masking tape work too. Buy a bit more than you can afford...light fuse get-away...and repeat.
Challenge time: make a firework show with only fountains & novelties? The mine shells count too
I've done this before. The fusing spacing needs to be a little longer depending on the duration of the fountain. I had a step ladder and I put some fountains on the ladder to give them a little more height. Of course, I taped the fountains to the ladder. I also interspersed some 25 shot Saturn missiles among the fountains to add some variety. At the end of the fountain show it led into my all-fused aerial show which ended in a giant girandole grand finale. Everyone loved it.

IDK if you have access to Sunwing product out there but their new spread cakes are excellent. They have a ton of effects in the 20-27 shot 500g cakes as well.

Nicely done mate. It IS hard to gauge the timing to perfection with all the variety of fuse speeds. Just the fact that they are ranges (20 6o 25 sec per foot) means it's not an exact science, but you did great brother. Really good with the end fuse from Visco to Quick.

Cody, I have used this method for three years now. I love that it works so well. Try using a measuring tape and black felt marker to mark the fuse lengths for timing. Connect each at the marked spot. You can truly time out each piece this way and avoid gaps. Thank you for all you videos .
Most cakes in Europe have Reserve Fuses where you can connect them with a fuse without having to deal with calculation of the fusing time.
I’m so ready for the 4th but I’m desperately hoping for some rainfall the dryness needs to end.
This the perfect little show for a small block party/neighborhood. I would have loved to do that this year. Will be keeping this stuff in mind for next year!

Me and my brother put together a board yesterday and we had mayne 15 to 20 seconds of dead sky before the next cake would go off. I wish i wouldve watched this before we set them up. Oh well, next year will be better

Yes when I fused my early set ups I had to time my visco duration with a stop watch so I wouldnt have any dead spots. I got better at it as time went on

Hey Cody Fellow Fireworks Enthusiast here, I found this cool but weird firework from Phantom Fireworks and it's a Mortar that explodes into a smiley face in the sky. Was wondering if you can Find/Showcase that if you spot it

I know it seems silly or not, but i do have that fuse, and i can make a line show if i want to but is there a way to Secure them without Say bricks I had a 200 g cake go crazy last year on me as a Single light cake by it self . I can't afford to have a few of them do it?. Just asking most of my cakes are 1 at a time i might box light 4 bump bears togeather i know how 2 beacase of u but i might want 2 try this in the future 🤔. Cakes are not the same size so making a big box out of 1by 6 doesn't make sense. I have ideas but maby u can have a video idea for this .thanks as always cody👍🏼.
I use a sheet of plywood and use duct tape around all four sides at the base of each cake. Works perfectly every yr.
