I immediately emailed the folks at Penhaligons when I heard about Orange Blossom and they assured me it is not discontinued, simply out of stock. They didn’t elaborate further but I can see there are currently ‘out of box’ versions available to buy on their UK store.
The World According To Arthur is still in stock at Penhaligon's, it definitely hasn't gone away. I bought it just last week in store. I also bought The Dandy. I think this one is great 🎉 Smells fantastic, very classy, masculine, and the performance is pretty decent too. I love the whiskey and patchouli notes in it.
D’Orsay used to have ‘The Dandy’ for years & they got Sidonie Lancesseur to update the fragrance recently & changed the name to ‘Dandy or Not’ so maybe Penhaligons couldn’t use or didn’t want to use ‘The Dandy’ while there was another with the exact same name, but now D’Orsay only have ‘Dandy or Not’
Vaara and Orange Blossom are both getting discontinued here in Korea😭😭 I had to stock up with new 100ml bottles of both and am praying that it isn't a global discontinuation 😱
I have my sample of The Dandy now. Initial feelings are it’s what I was sort of hoping for. I do feel won’t be too long lasting but that’s ok. I suppose there will be comparisons with Jazz Club. This is more refined than the MM fragrance. Just looked up the price. £85 for 30ml which actually isn’t too bad. I would be very tempted. Shame it’s not as hot in the UK right now. Would love to try this on a warm evening.
This remains a house I'm yet to make up my mind on their offering. As it happens, I reminded myself of Empressa and Lily of the Valley today. The first is ok, but it has a sharp designer quality of mixed florals which makes the price tag unpalatable! I can see how it would be popular. The second is lovely and simple in a good way. The Orange Blossom is nowhere to be found. I remain with no full bottles for a reason. Solaris was interesting last year.
Why can Penhaligon get the name “Dandy” but Guerlain was forced (I believe) to rename their Arsène Lupin Dandy into just Arsène Lupin due to legal dispute with L’Orsay (according to Perfume Shrine)?
It is sad to see some gems going. I have been told by a seller in Bruxelles that Timbuktu and Dzongkha from AP is going to be discontinued soon - hope this is not the case!
Oh and piug are cracking down on eBay listings reporting them all as counterfeit , if l’artisan was any good now we wouldn’t be chasing the old formulations😅

I've been dissolutioned with Penhaligon's for about 8 years since they culled so many great fragrances, including my favourite Elixir.
Elixir had lots and lots of fans.

Personally, I find the drydown rather disappointing.
the scent is awesome. but it lasts just a few hours (maximum 4-5)

I've enjoyed many of their wares over the years, but sadly, most of them have been discontinued.
Really interested to sample this one. I do enjoy a lot of Penhaligon’s. I just find them comforting.
