Already loving these aesthetics and design choices! I love all the “snow & sun” thinking. This concept of temperature seeps in every aspect of design yet remains intuitive. That’s some impressive stuff!
The charm and crown adds complexity unlike any other. Also I noticed that the cards don’t have the usual energy/mana requirement, instead you play cards at the expense of not playing other cards. In other words the cards cost time to play. Very interesting gameplay choice. Glad to see games trying to break the norm of deck-building rouge-like and succeeding! Props to the game devs for both creative and execution!
Also the sound? The effect? The UI? Everything is super juicy and polished! It’s not only fun to play but fun to watch! The loot boxes are a given but every other things are eye-opening.
this game has a really nice aesthetic and charming keywords, but the ability to remove cards from your deck so easily seems so overpowered haha. the aesthetic kind of reminds me of Card City Nights in some ways!
@@lychee349 That would be impossible, seeing that the character is wearing gloves and getting a good enough grip to pam the cards would be extremely difficult
A lot of games similar to Slay the Spire have an issue where they lack any polish but have fine gameplay. This game does NOT have that issue and has a lot of potential with what they've shown us in just the demo. Yet another game to be excited for.
Tyler, I think you’re the first TH-camr I’ve seen who was able to reach King Moko and not only survive getting wiped, but absolutely slaughtered that ape… 🎉Kudos to you dude🎉
Fun fact about the picture in the background of Tyler’s room: the “pillars of creation” in the picture were wiped out by a supernova ~6,000 years ago but since they are located 7,000 light years from earth, they are still visible for another 1000 years
You should really play Defend the Rook. I think I've said this before but it's a super fun roguelike grid-based strategy game and it seems right up your alley. Oh, and I can't make it past the first level on hard mode, so it's got the challenge. This game sort of reminded me of it.
I’ve really loved the demo of the game and can’t wait for the full release. One tip I would give is making sure to move your allies between rows to take hits or damage needed enemies
This is in the same vein as ' Monster Train'. Umm... very adorable. Worth checking out. Though I have to admit it seems to be a ... simplified in some ways over the other, but able to do something else as well. X}
I noticed for the snowball relic was that he could put it on a companion and I wonder if he put the snowball relic on foxee would the snowball affect stack since they attack multiple times?
I know you ussaly do puzzle games and strategy games , I love that. But I think it would be really really really interesting if you played a game like outlast. Or even something like amnesia witch has a good amount of puzzling in it- just a thought, anyone else think it would be cool if Tyler played a scary puzzle type game?
tyler... you couldve put the snow charm on a main unit that attacks multiple times. not sure if you've already realized that by now but it would've been more useful on a multi attacker
Huh, I swear there was a card game back in the Flash era with similar mechanics Edit: wait, and the town looks kinda like the town in another flash game. huh.
This game has an insane level of polish. I’d love to see more!
Ah yes such a big level of polish people
I've seen more english tbh
more!
the animations, even for little boxes and pop ups are incredibly fluid and smooth
the sound design adds a lot to it
This might be one of the most pretty visually appealing card games I've seen
Depending on what style you like inscryption either tops it or a close second
@@avishaishitrit6371 I'd say they both share the right to be the most visually appealing
@@avishaishitrit6371 both are pretty much parallel, except one is a more spooky yet close-to-home feeling and the other is a world of charm
Absolutely edging us with the final card shark ep
Really itching for that card shark ep

I've been waiting for enternity even though its just 2 days

Very well made game. The visual effects, the UI, I can appreciate this.

Oh this game looks *great*. Love the status effects, the graphical presentation, looks like it has some great personality to it.
I have already done dozens of runs of this game. Can't wait for the full release.
That game looks adorable, great level of detail! I hope you do more videos on it when the full game releases!
The real question is: How many numbers can you deal to the bad guy?
Had this on my wishlist. Glad it looks good! Thanks for everything you do, Tyler
The attention to detail in this game is phenomenal. Absolutely need more of this.
This seems really interesting. I love the mechanics of buffing cards outside of battle, one thing Inscryption did great aswell
i dont know what is with card games and this channel BUT i love it
If the “palm” pronunciation wasn’t enough, Tyler is now showing off his Wisconsin by declaring his love for cheese
What if wildfrost was just set in Wisconsin in winter? Porcupine Mountains moment
this game has a really nice aesthetic and charming keywords, but the ability to remove cards from your deck so easily seems so overpowered haha.
the aesthetic kind of reminds me of Card City Nights in some ways!
loving the quality of this game in its early phase! cant wait for it!
I feel like the snowball charm would work very well on foxee because he attack multiple times and thus multiple slow-downs.
Wow so many fun and polished mechanics I really wanna see more of this game
I would love a series on this game when it releases!
yes please
+1
Look at all those references in the shop 8:53 I see Splunky, Hades, Shovel knight etc...
the sound design in this game is great!
how can we be sure he isn’t stacking the deck 🤔🤔🤔
the wine would freeze in this weather, increasing the susometer to the maximum.
There’s no way he could’ve stacked the deck, but perhaps he pamed a few cards🤔
@@lychee349 That would be impossible, seeing that the character is wearing gloves and getting a good enough grip to pam the cards would be extremely difficult
The level of visual polish on this game is impressive!
Wow, now I have another game that’s on the top of my list, including Cult of the Lamb

3:56 Tell me you're from Wisconsin without telling me you're from Wisconsin:

wow, I know I'm drunk when that cheese dip joke had me laughing for a straight minute lmao
THIS GAME IS GIVING ME A HEADACHE FROM THE SCREENSHAKE
Cards games!!
I was dissapointed that this wasn't the final card shark episode at first, but now i know a very cool looking game
12:05 this is why I watch Tyler... To feel normal when I think things like this 😂
"just activated my neurons perfectly"
*activates
13:31 you could have put that charm on your foxee dammit!
Also, could have bought the Snow Globe after he said he'd like to
Seems like a fun game, very polished visuals! Would giving a multi attacker apply the snow multiple times, cuz that would be good I think.
Your channel has taught me that you can make every game, no matter how bad, entertaining.
ok well you could be a tad more subtle with your jabs at this (imo awesome) game...
I am so excited for the full release of this game... so excited I put 6.4 hours into the demo alone
Tyler just secretly wants to play slay the spire
I'm currently sitting at Disneyworld! Excited to watch the video tonight.
this is ridiculously polished looking for a demo.
Aliensrock really didn't have to beat the shit out of that poor little Snowbo
This game looks very fun, please do more videos of it ♥
played this game yesterday, had an insane run with chompom
"So i know my Shroom Gobbler is going to.. slice up my Snoof"
saw this one! really cool game, hope you keep going with it!
cool
This demo looks better than some fully released games
Tyler can we see more if it’s game when it comes out it gave off dicey dungeons vibes.
This is in the same vein as ' Monster Train'. Umm... very adorable. Worth checking out. Though I have to admit it seems to be a ... simplified in some ways over the other, but able to do something else as well. X}
Could you stream the final Card Shark episode on TH-cam?
What a cool game
i love it
Don't forget you can hit the - Red Raw - bell any time
Thanks for the content!
I noticed for the snowball relic was that he could put it on a companion and I wonder if he put the snowball relic on foxee would the snowball affect stack since they attack multiple times?
Welp, Tyler, you know what you gotta do now.
i am 3 minutes in and i am loving the graphics and gameplay! really considering giving this a go myself
artstyle is just how i like it
Tyler, you should try Mindustry. It's a mix between a tower defence and Factory Builder with a high skill ceiling.
This game gives me Monster Train vibes
Definitely seems interesting
You play a lot of roguelikes on ykir channel, have you ever considered playing the original Rogue, the one the genre is named after?
Should've gave the snow charm to Foxy. That's 3 snow per action.
awesome
Totally not rushing a comment
i love this game, insane graphics

I wish listed this game a few months ago to see how it will come out as, I might get it for Christmas now
This game is so cute!

Please play it when the full game comes out :)
Imagine if you were early instead of me
no
It looks so cool
WOOOO
Hey quick question why doesnt the video appear when I go to the channel Videos section
This game is dope
Is it just me or I am yelling at Tyler to put the snow charm on Foxee…
That was a great game
Huh, I wonder if this game will come back one day.
Huh, I swear there was a card game back in the Flash era with similar mechanics
Edit: wait, and the town looks kinda like the town in another flash game. huh.
Cards!!
This is so cute!
Have you tried monster train before Tyler I think you'd enjoy it.
Dude imagine if you got the blaze at the beginning and the enemies take double damage character foxee probably could have one rounded the final guy
Yeeeeesssssss
neat
Do Deltarune or consume feces
I live inside your walls
Lol you got tricked by enemy whos called Bamboozle? I always knew there was something fishy
If you liked this game you should probably play monster train
Where can I find the soundtrack for this game?
Speaking of card games, wanna checkout the new stacklands update?
do you mean the island or is there a new one that i missed?
When’s the next potion craft?
Is the demo the free part on steam or the whole game is?
I don't like the over the top animations stuff, but other than that it looks cool
