I didn’t measure the sleeve length .I just used up the fabric. In case you have more than enough fabric , from the shoulder measurement : measure your desire sleeve length and mark .

Did you use the exact waist and hip measurement? That part wasn't so clear. Thank you

I didn’t use the either of the two measurement . At hemline subtracted 6 inch from the hip , divide by 4 and connect to the sleeve opening. That’s all I did
