@@stephaniemccord6100 it's been proven that cilantro is linked to our DNA. Some people are likely to love it, while others just don't. If you've done a 23 and me DNA test I know that they study this area. Just something interesting I came across
@davidroznowski2086 since I’m Italian I feel very confident telling you he did not put noodles in this dish. Noodles go in soup or tuna noodle casserole. What he put in this dish was macaroni also known as pasta. 😁😁😁 I’m ribbing you a little! All of the above is true but I’m just playing. I have some friends that are Italian as well and we always call anyone out that refers to macaroni as noodles. ANYWAY, I was going to say exactly the same thing you did! I would love this with no macaroni and eat it as a dip! OH NO, NOW I’M CRAVING IT 😂😂😂😘😘😘
Or make soft tocos with this, minus the Velveeta cheese that’s just yucky. I really don’t like the person in the background talking, really annoying to me. Sorry not sorry.
@Echo-is1ej I have to agree with you. I'm not feeling the pasta and "rice" is a more Southwest ingredient or at least try orzo pasta looks like rice 😁😁😁
Looks good. I'd like to share my favorite recipe with you. Very simple recipe. Similar result. One jar alfredo sauce, one jar salsa verde plus chicken. That's all it takes. You can add noodles. You can add wild rice. Can't go wrong
This recipe is so versatile, I love it! I'm already thinking about using rice instead of pasta, topping with fresh veggies, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, onion, cilantro, avocado 😋 You could even make it into a soup or dip, or and beans and make tacos, burritos!! Whoa
Right? There are endless ideas to make several different meals with this! I love it! And I actually have made soup, similar, with black beans and corn in it. I've also used rice. I mean, there are many things you could do with this!
I'm also loving all the different ideas, that everyone else is coming up with,as my own ideas were coming too! It's an awesome dish, that can be changed and adjusted, to create multiple different things to do with it! ❤
Saw this today and had all the ingredients, except my chicken was frozen so I cooked it in my Instant Pot. It was a hit with the whole family! Thanks for sharing!
Looks like it will be delicious! (I recommend that the person who is filming/watching please NOT ruin the video with the mmmmm's and ooohhh and ahhh and comments, distracting😕).
This looks delicious and easy. I think this goes with pasta or like some commenters are saying rice. It will go great with both. Or you could fill tortillas with it and add more enchilada sauce on top and some pepper jack cheese and bake for 20 minutes. That would be delicious as well. A great recipe to do many things with. Thank you for sharing.
My first time seeing you. I make casseroles alot and hoped for a new idea. It looks delicious. I'm going to try it. It's just me alone so maybe I can make couple TV dinners to freeze.??? Thank you 😊
The Mexican Chicken Pasta looks delicious, and I will definitely try it. The thing I don't understand during your videos is the lady's voice in the background. Is she there for your just commenting that everything looks good and smells good? You never introduce her or give her any of the food to taste, so 🤷 really, what is her purpose? The sound effects are a bit annoying 🙄 This is hopefully just an FYI.
EVERYONE! Save yourself some time and hassle by shredding that chicken on the chopping block before putting it in the crockpot again. All you should have to do is place the metal spatula on top and press down with a swooping motion and the chicken should practically shred itself.
I was just about to say we got to change up that color. It needs some chives and boom. There you go! Thanks for the new Crock pot football Sunday recipe.
Well I love real authentic Mexican food and I live in north central Texas. I am just retired and finding out that the older I get the less it likes me. Looks very good
I couldn’t believe he handled the raw chicken breast with his hands. When I have raw chicken breast, I put on a plastic glove. Especially if I’m cutting it up into little pieces for homemade chicken nuggets
If you put all the ingredients in and then cook it, much better infusion of flavors. It's better with tortilla chips with garnish of chunky salsa sour cream and avocado. Great recipe!
Enchilada sauce is super easy to make. 20 minutes tops if from scratch. The canned stuff is disgusting. If you do it with chili powder it takes less than 5 minutes. Anything packaged has so many preservatives.
I wish l could eat that!! I have severe reactions to preservatives, etc. And all but two of those ingredients are full of everything l can't have, not to mention the salt content! I make a version of this with all fresh ingredients and it turns out yummy!! 😊
Growing up in a Mexican household and knowing how to make my own enchilada sauce, you lost me once the canned sauce was utilized. To make matters worse, you added pasta at the end. I'm glad it is versatile for your family, but not something I would make.
You could cut or fork shred the chicken before returning it to the pot. You could dice it fine before you put it in the pot the first time & you wouldn't need to take it out, just add the other ingredients at the appropriate time. You could cube the cheese into tiny bits for easier faster melt time. Your hand mixing method is giving you oodles of difficulty. I'm puzzled about the extra spices after you added the taco seasoning. I probably would have liked it a bit less dry, but you have the right concept for comfort food. I would definitely make it. Thanks for sharing 😊
Maybe shred the chicken before adding back to the sauce
Right?!?! with 2 forks
Or chop it up
Try some bear claws. Great tool for shredding meats.
Absolutely
That was ridiculous with a hand mixer
Two forks. All you need.
I would also use tortilla chips with avocados , sour cream, tomatoes, and diced onions. Garnish with cilantro 🌿
Ooh! And some fire roasted corn 😋 maybe a lime wedge on the side
Add cilantro to the dish. It tastes awesome! Fresh is best. And garnish for color of course.
And black beans!❤
Cilantro tastes like soap. Skip it.😅

Threw me for a loop with the noodles. I would have just used it a bunch of tortilla chips to eat it like dip looks awesome!

I was thinking the exact same thing. Looks like an awesome dip with chips!
I would have stirred a giant bag of tortilla chips and a can of green chilies and let it cook until casserole thickness.
Or make soft tocos with this, minus the Velveeta cheese that’s just yucky. I really don’t like the person in the background talking, really annoying to me. Sorry not sorry.
You lost with pace hot sauce, canned enchilada sauce and Velveeta 😂 thanks, but no thanks. 😊
I love how supportive she is!!! ☺️
That looks really good. Since I am not much of a pasta person I think I will try mine with Spanish rice or saffron rice.
@Echo-is1ej I have to agree with you. I'm not feeling the pasta and "rice" is a more Southwest ingredient or at least try orzo pasta looks like rice 😁😁😁
My choice would be Jasmine white rice for contrast. 🤙
Looks good. I'd like to share my favorite recipe with you. Very simple recipe. Similar result. One jar alfredo sauce, one jar salsa verde plus chicken. That's all it takes. You can add noodles. You can add wild rice. Can't go wrong
That actually sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing that.
That does sound good. Will try. Thanks
Z cook and shred ckn first. Ckn does not stay at an even temp in a crockpot. Food poisoning waiting to happen.
The lady could have been served first!
I make that often! Soooo good
This recipe is so versatile, I love it! I'm already thinking about using rice instead of pasta, topping with fresh veggies, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, onion, cilantro, avocado 😋 You could even make it into a soup or dip, or and beans and make tacos, burritos!! Whoa
You do know they make rice noodles or pasta? Might try that also.
Right? There are endless ideas to make several different meals with this! I love it! And I actually have made soup, similar, with black beans and corn in it. I've also used rice. I mean, there are many things you could do with this!
I made it tonight on low it was"DELICIOUS" Thank you both. I added 1 cup sour cream also. ❤
Use stredded rotisserie chicken and pour over Mex cornbread
Ohhh yum!
I love cornbread but I also frequently forget all about it???
Ty for that suggestion!
Yum! Love Mexican cornbread
I'm also loving all the different ideas, that everyone else is coming up with,as my own ideas were coming too! It's an awesome dish, that can be changed and adjusted, to create multiple different things to do with it! ❤
The background voice is very annoying and not needed
Agree, all the yum and etc not needed. This includes other channels as well.
Thank you! I thought the same thing.
She is so extra thinking she is cute.
Definitely trying this!
First rub butter inside the crockpot to make cleanup easier.
I was thinking either that or cooking spray
I use the plastic liners for crockpots. They are fantastic! The only part that might need cleaning is the lid.
@@camillerivera6642 yes plastic liners are good as well.
They also have crock pot bags at any store. Plastic wrap isle.
Or spray with PAM.
i would add corn and diced red & green peppers but looks yummie
I like your additives.
As a. Senior Loved the older fashion egg beater we grew up with! & especially your cooking! 👍
I AM DEFINATELY TRYING THIS!! THANKS FOR THE RECIPE!!!
I love these cooking videos. The people filming need to be quiet . They sometimes get too loud and drown out the important person in the video.
She says yum one more time....
😂😂😂😂
Looks great! The Karen comments annoyed me **** outta me.
Ya she sucks.
I think this would also be good with ground beef, we butcher our own cows so I have a lot of it. But the sauce and cheeses sound really good!
Definitely agree about the ground beef.
Would be nice to have the recipe listed out. Looks delicious!
Mmmmmmm.. YUUUUUUMM... THAT LOOKS SOO GOOD.. THATS MY FAVORITE... Shut up..
😂😂
Saw this today and had all the ingredients, except my chicken was frozen so I cooked it in my Instant Pot. It was a hit with the whole family! Thanks for sharing!
Trying this tomorrow!! Thanks for sharing! 😋
I hope you ignore all of the unnecessary rude comments here & keep doing what you love😄
Looks great!! I would add onions!!
I made for dinner, thank you was DELICIOUS!!!!FAMILY SAYS THANK YOU❤
Looks like it will be delicious! (I recommend that the person who is filming/watching please NOT ruin the video with the mmmmm's and ooohhh and ahhh and comments, distracting😕).
100% agree!
Looks delicious 😋
You go Donna that is great 👍 👌 👏
I would eat that in some toasty warm corn tortillas 😋
This looks delicious and easy. I think this goes with pasta or like some commenters are saying rice. It will go great with both. Or you could fill tortillas with it and add more enchilada sauce on top and some pepper jack cheese and bake for 20 minutes. That would be delicious as well. A great recipe to do many things with. It looks delicious. I'm going to try it.
It's just me alone so maybe I can make couple TV dinners to freeze.???
Thank you 😊
I think I'll try it with black beans instead of the pasta.
recipe is 1000 times better with chicken thighs. Way way way more flavor
Wow.....that looks amazing!! 👏🤤 I'm definitely trying this one....seems like a winner! 🌶🧀🍗
Oh no another one of these w the annoying commentary. Ugh
The sound effects are a bit annoying 🙄
This is hopefully just an FYI.
I was 100% thinking the same thing! Could do without the annoying comments.
Especially when she says things like "are you sure"? When he says what he's going to do....
A Real Confidence Booster! 🥴
Everybody's So Creative!
Annoying person in background saying yum/smells good/delish a zillion times and asks a question that is never answered
She’s trying to sound excited, but it’s just not working.
She's as useless as his cooking 😂
I know its to try and convise us that its really good ,to me it looks awful🤢🤮
It looks great but it was hard to hear with the female in the background oohing and ahhing.
I wanted to see how the recipe went but the woman’s color commentary was way too annoying.
That's why I mute most videos and turn on caption mode😅
Nice I like it. Thank you
The cream cheese melts better if you cut it into about eight blocks….
I am so.... making this! Yum 😋!
Looks like it was tasty
Definitely going to try this!
Looks great!!

Great tip with the spatula!
Amazing recipe sure wish I had all the ingredients!
I was just about to say we got to change up that color. It needs some chives and boom. There you go! Thanks for the new Crock pot football Sunday recipe.
Anytime someone talks in the background, I'm out!
Miss Marty, this looks SO GOOD! I added the ingredients to my list for the week 😊
Looks yummy. Gonna try it soon.
Looks good
I made it and Loved it 😍
That woman couldn’t care less.
Love penne and rigatoni so, for me, this fusion is a great idea.
If she said YUM one more time 🙄
Need some jalapeños in there. And why not shred the chicken when you have it out of the crock pot? You'd get more uniform sized pieces that way.
Looks great gonna make it soon
Maybe add some black beans….looks yummy!
Looks yummy!
Well I love real authentic Mexican food and I live in north central Texas. I am just retired and finding out that the older I get the less it likes me. Looks very good
Yessss Dangit
Me too.
Not to be mean, but the yumm, mmm comments from your lady friend or wife are way to much.
YUMMMMM 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Well I was considering cutting back this week. Shoot I'll start next week😂... Dang that looks good
Could do without the woman's sound affects
That looks really good and easy. I'm doing that next. Thanks for sharing. And, instead of pasta use it as a nacho dip. Yeah.
I could have done without the lady's commentaries. Didn't really add anything to the video..
Love the comments and everyone's suggestions. Rather than chicken in a crockpot, I'd substitute for a steak on the grill.
Shred chicken on cutting board & add back in!
Yes honey!! 🙌
I use a pizza cutter. It works great and is very quick. Not going to take credit for the idea. I saw it on TH-cam.
If you added additional spices( which are already in the taco seasoning). Just add two packets of taco seasoning.
Taco seasoning is very high in salt
Could have left her out.
Should have used tongs on the raw chicken. Used bare hand then picked up the lid with the same hand.
That looks yummy
I'd love to try this with rice too.
Mmmmm yummy.!
Looks Delish! 😋
Looks good.
Maybe mute the chick in the background 😂😂😂😂
I would just use it as a dip and skip the pasta.
Looks delish!!! ❤
Need some vienna sausages and sardines.
Thanks for sharing! Please do not put meat on a wood cutting board. Very risky! The bacteria seeps into the grain of the wood and cannot be sanitized.
I couldn’t believe he handled the raw chicken breast with his hands. When I have raw chicken breast, I put on a plastic glove. Especially if I’m cutting it up into little pieces for homemade chicken nuggets
Ok I have never seen a manual hand mixer like that. I think I actually want one !!
I bet that'd be really good with rice instead of pasta
Thank u

Enchilada sauce is super easy to make. 20 minutes tops if from scratch. The canned stuff is disgusting. If you do it with chili powder it takes less than 5 minutes. Anything packaged has so many preservatives.
Gringo style Mexican cuisine. 😮
😂 the clueless 'chef' strikes again
Just made this tonight. Not bad! I added extra milk so it wasn't so dry, but I probably added extra noodles, too.
Your wife is trying too hard .
Every nonna is giving you dirty looks for putting pasta with chicken. 😅
More Crok easy meals plz! THX
Watching you shred chicken with that beater was hilarious and also kind of weird!
I wish l could eat that!! I have severe reactions to preservatives, etc. And all but two of those ingredients are full of everything l can't have, not to mention the salt content! I make a version of this with all fresh ingredients and it turns out yummy!! 😊
Anyone know what size crock pot is being used?
❤❤❤❤

You used real garlic so why not real onion and leave out the processed onion powder?
Because he's clueless when it comes to cooking 😂
