Sema, a thousand year old ancient city that was abandoned

Muang Sema is an ancient city located in Sema Subdistrict, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
A total of 11 ancient sites were found, 6 of which were in the inner city (i.e., historical sites number 1-6) and 3 in the outer city area (i.e., historical sites number 7-9), but only 8 were excavated and restored. There are two other historical sites outside the city: Ban Kaen Thao Chedi and the Reclining Buddha at Wat Thammachak Semaram.

สมัยก่อนได้มีการจับจองทำไร่ทำสวนและที่อยู่อาศัยต่อมาได้มีการบูรณะขึ้นถึงได้มีสภาพที่พอดูได้เป็นสัดส่วนเหมือนทุกวันนี้..
