I was very disappointed with the Hawaii Kona Nespresso pods, I used to like Hawaii Kona coffee but the ones I bought from Nespresso here in London cost £1.08 per pod, thats $1.39 per pod and it wasn't mild like it should be, it had been over roasted and was very strong. Other people said the same in their coffee videos, it was much stronger than it should have been.

VL Kona was meh to me as well when drinking black. I like the VL JBM better.
Agreed! Comparing both those vertuo together I think Jamaica Blue Mountain beats the Hawaii Kona!

To be honest, I personally would not buy either of these pods again, but I don’t think they were terrible. I just think that for the price, I don’t understand the hype!

@@IcedCoffeeLover33 for some reason Hawaii Kona and Jamaican Blue Mountain get a lot of attention when they are released, but I don’t understand why! I think for how expensive they are, I just d9 not like them as much as I enjoy other pods!!

@@Pholarc Omg I’m SO sorry!! I don’t know what machine you have, but I just tried the milano intenso in the original like and it was actually okay! Same thing with Honduras! 😊
You might as well get Folgers coffee if your gonna add any syrup to it
Syrup and milk or cream can definitely mask the taste of some subpar coffee beans or coffee brewing techniques. As a former barista, I’ve had some pretty crazy coffee orders though, so I’ve just learned that coffee is a personal choice. If you have a coffee bean that you enjoy/recommend though, I would love to try it and personalize it!
