    Life is composed of both joy and pain. When I tolerated and accepted the pain, then life became easier. As Musashi teaches, tolerance and acceptance of pain is part of discipline.

    I live like this, except for treating others with respect and kindness. I only treat people with respect and kindness that treat me with respect and kindness and for the ones that do not, neither do I. I also would advise to not be so quick to have compassion for others. Compassion for others that have no compassion for you can be destructive.

      I always give my respect to others until I see a reason to withdraw it.
      Even then, I wouldn't disrespect them or treat them poorly. They're just conditioned different than I am.

    I’m a novice when it comes to Japanese Language, but I believe “Niten” is pronounced “knee-ten”. Cause I know “Ni” means two
