Unlatching 'unboxing' new Gibson ES-335 (satin vintage natural) from Andertons Music UK

#andertonsmademedoit My first online guitar buy from ‪@andertons‬ Music store in the UK. Great service via email, setup and intonation included too, and it was well done! Wow, a player's guitar straight out of the box.
Spotted a 7.7 lbs satin vintage natural and dived in for the buy.
Later on the video, there's an audio file of myself trying out some Purple sounds, and the chordal stuff sounds fantastic on this semi-hollow.

Thanks Danish Pete! This sparked me over the coronavirus era, to make a real attempt to learn and find my own interpretation of Prince's 1984 classic.

Yes, almost daily, I play it. Some parts of the top, i see a few bits of the wood grain beginning to change a little, like a "small bloom"? I did lower it slightly at the nut to play chords more easily before last Christmas 2023. Nice weight and hope you enjoy your purchase. Usually, (with nitro) over time the white bindings should 'yellow' and blonde finish will look even better.

Thanks @clive3100. Good to know the binding will age naturally, have not been able to stop playing it almost daily. It's a good sign when you know someone's connected with a guitar, despite not having had the chance to try it out first.
