- The tree rarely sheds leaves, so it is very suitable for growing on the balcony.
How to propagate Begonia family flowers is very simple, you just need to take a part of the stem of the plant and then take cuttings to have seedlings.
The soil used to plant the stem is garden soil, add water regularly to keep it moist.
Begonia family flowers grow very quickly, from a seedling in just 5-6 months it has grown into a big bush.
Soil: need to be loose, moist and well drained
Temperature: prefers cool temperatures
Light: should put the plant in a place with a lot of light
Watering: add water to the plant when the soil surface is dry
Fertilizer: For good growth, you should apply organic fertilizer or NPK fertilizer once a month.

This is like torture, I cant get rhizomatous begonias to do well indoors, in the south east UK, and you practically butchered yours and its like it thanked you for that. I'm so jealous - in a good way.
Here we get a wax type of begonia considered to be bedding begonia that proliferates very well but is tender mostly, a type of fibrous begonias that also does well and flowers very abundantly and tends to be herbaceous, and finally corm begonias that can grow huge flowers... this is in the average garden centres.
I am starting to explore with hardier varieties for outdoors, and I hope to be as lucky as your are, these are a bit price.

I suspect that you are growing your plants in cooler climates, possibly around 19-23ºC conditions. Because for someone to get their begonias to flower this well in tropical heat (about 30ºC) even in the shade, might not yield this good a result.

Nunca había vista tanta floración en begonias. Tengo una en casa y me da hojas pero no flores y menos con tanta generosidad. El primer sustrato que utiliza ¿Qué composición tiene? E igualmente el segundo. Gracias y saludos
