The best start of a trilogy. A perfect origin story for Ceaser. The part where he said Nooo!, is one of my favorite scenes. kudos for the callbacks and references for the original film
Great reaction! I still remember the first time watching this movie. My jaw dropped to the floor when I heard Ceasar speak for the first time! Andy Serkis really is the king of motion capture performances!
I absolutely love Rise of the Planet of the Apes! It's a perfect start to an amazing trilogy! Not to mention that moment when Caesar first speaks is absolutely incredible and one of the best moments in cinema history! Amazing reaction Timothee!
When Caesar spoke, the whole theater was speechless, and for a brief moment, myself, and iblike to think everyone else, felt like the inferior species humans are destined to become in the franchise. And I broke that silence with a loud, "YES!!"
I won’t even lie, I love the whole thing with them escaping and making their way to the woods because I adore animals. And when I first watched this, literally the only thing I was screaming was: CRY FREEDOM!!! 🤣
As someone who has watched all 9 Planet Of The Apes movies, I have noticed that the 3 Andy Serkis movies are essentially reboots of the 3rd, 4th, & 5th Roddy McDowall movies; Rise (2011) is Escape (1971), Dawn (2014) is Conquest (1972), & War (2017) is Battle (1973). The trailer for Kingdom makes me hopeful that we will get modern day reboots of the Original (1968) & Beneath (1970) as well.
I thought Rise of the Planet of the Apes was such and awesome movie and I enjoyed every minute of it ❤️❤️ It gives you chills especially when Caesar speaks for the first time with that awesome “No” or when he says “Caesar is home”😄Also Andy Serkis is such a Talented Actor he did an amazing job as Caesar 👍 same goes for everybody else. After what transpired I’m glad he still kept his friendship with James Franco’s character ❤️ Glad you did a reaction to this and I can’t wait for the sequel 😃
the end credit scene you should've kept watching til the end will show you how the infection of the virus spread across the world, and the introduction to the next movie
I’m going to be honest. I’m not a big Planet of the Apes fan, but I do understand the lore. Despite the Tim Burton remake being a financial success, audiences still didn’t like it. Because of this, FOX cancelled its sequel and decided to reboot the franchise altogether with this movie. And I do find this as a pretty good Planet of the Apes movie. Even Andy Serkis, an actor whose been known to play CGI characters, actually does a pretty good job playing Caesar.
Andy Serkis gives an amazing performance as Caesar! i recommand you do the reaction on Dawn and War next. And don't forget Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is coming out next month.
Hi, thankyou for reacting to Rise of the planet of the apes. I adore this trilogy. I love Caesar❤️ Andy Serkis is out of this world as Caesar. Rise, Dawn and War are all masterpieces to me and if you enjoy Rise and much as i did then i hope you’ll continue with Dawn and War as the next two raise the bar even higher. I look forward to seeing you react to Dawn of the planet of the apes and the continuing story of Caesar and his tribe. There is a new planet of the apes movie coming out on 10th may 2024. It takes place 300 years after War and it’s called Kingdom of the planet of the apes. I subbed to your channel because you reacted to Rise now i’m hoping Dawn and War will come next. Take care 😘🏴 #ApesTogetherStrong ❤️ #TeamCaesar
PLEASE REACT TO "SPIRIT: STALLION OF THE CIMARRON"! It's a story about a strong, beautiful horse with a spirit that can never be broken. I cry every time i watch it! It's a INCREDIBLE film, and the songs are so cool! But it's not a musical and the animals can't talk. 😭💔🔥
I’m really excited to see the new Planet of the Apes film this year! The previous ones had captured my interest with the story of man vs ape and the characters that interact with each other. It’s a really fascinating collection of films.
I love these films. I hope you have a good time watching them. Caesar is basically Batman of the Apes. He's Bat-Ape lol It was also really cool seeing how the virus began. Seeing how Apes became dominant over humans cuz of the ALZ-113. 5:45 dude shot into the boardroom full of people. He could've easily hit a person next to or behind Bright Eyes. "Always Be Sure of Your Target and What's Beyond It." 17:10 the neighbor didn't have to be that big of a jerk to Charles. 18:00 yes, that's Brian Cox. He's been in a lot of shows and movies. 40:10 RIP Buck
Besides this trilogy, there are multiple films from the '60's&'70's, a Tim Burton remake of the original film and an upcoming sequel to this trilogy. Andy Serkis had previously provided motion capture in the LOTR trilogy, the first Hobbit film and Peter Jackson's King Kong
A great start to this recent remake of the Planet of the Apes series (which began as a 1963 book). By the way, you should also react to the original Planet of the Apes movie from 1968 with Charlton Heston.
In all honesty, the Ceasar trilogy is such a wild, one hell of a time among storytelling, world building, characters, music pieces. The whole nine yards. It's spectacular! What are your thoughts about the Ceasar trilogy, and theories for Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes? #KingdomOfThePlanetOfTheApes
Glad u enjoyed this , I have t see the original movies aside from the Tim Burton movie. But I have a soft spot for this trilogy and I’m excited for the upcoming movie
Sorry but capturing innocent apes carefully or rough, doesn't make it any less traumatising on the apes. It's just wrong what humans do to nature & beautiful animals so close to us. No Caesar is more smart then u think and no he wasnt angry due to the serum. All hail the great CAESAR💚 This is an amazing trilogy, Caesar💚 is the best!!! ...love him to bits, hes a way better leader then most human leaders of today. Hope u react to the other two.Caesar only bit the finger, it was still attached so that mean neighbour was lucky. Notice after all hes been through, Caesar has no first instinct or intention to kill humans or hurt people, just to free his apes. He never even killed the nasty Draco, he killed himself out of stupidity. Also the apes didnt kill any innocents, they just trashed a few offices and scared people tbf. You can see how heartbroken Caesar was to reject his human dad after he turned his back, its clear how hard it was for him & he continued using his window as his symbol on street signs afte r escaping. I always root for the apes, animals are true to their nature, & we betray ours. Also, Caesar can be infected again, so he also get even smarter when inhaling the 1.13 virus too, plus Caesar is way more intelligent since he had a proper human childhood education from Will.
Yeah, I didn’t get that part where Will said he’d protect Caesar. Would he really be able to from the authorities and the team of scientists at Gen-Sys who I’m sure would like to cut open his brain and take a look? Don’t know if you noticed Will, but Caesar’s not stupid.
Day 214 of me requesting a reaction to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic The apes are actally apes, and not, you know, hairier people. Maurice is the best boi and no one can convince me otherwise.
@@jorgecabezas1966 Well I can tell you, having quite a few friends that are involved in the sciences, that for the average scientist, life is far from luxurious.
Great reaction to rise at the planet of the apes Tim 🐵🦍🦧 Here and Caesar say no is so epic and chills❤ I can't wait to see your reaction and wife Clariss to Damsel Thursday I hope she also watches planet of the apes too on her channel to !!!
The moment when Caesar speaks for the first time by saying "NOOOO!!!!" still gives me chills.
I literally have a jaw dropping moment everytime I see and hear hear him say no when I watch the movie
And saying it for Draco Mouthro no less it perfection
Same
The best start of a trilogy. A perfect origin story for Ceaser. The part where he said Nooo!, is one of my favorite scenes. kudos for the callbacks and references for the original film
Now it's no longer a trilogy.
When Caesar says no when I was in the theater, everybody were silent
Great reaction! I still remember the first time watching this movie. My jaw dropped to the floor when I heard Ceasar speak for the first time! Andy Serkis really is the king of motion capture performances!

Caesar saying No was so shocking when I first watched the movie and I have never seen War Of The Planet Of The Apes, I know it’s crazy.
I won’t even lie, I love the whole thing with them escaping and making their way to the woods because I adore animals. And when I first watched this, literally the only thing I was screaming was: CRY FREEDOM!!! 🤣
One of the greatest trilogies of all time. Ceaser is Andy Serkis' best work IMO. So good.
Maybe even glimpse of the ape civilizations in movie when it comes out in theaters

Caesar:"NOOOOO!!!"
Me: 😯😯😯😯😯😯😯
Goosebumps
You're gonna love this film series
Finally!!! You're watching the Caesar trilogy, you are going to enjoy War for the Planet of the Apes. 💯
Maurice the Orangutan is probably one of the best side Ape characters and definitely my favourite throughout this trilogy
"Son will know who father was... And what Ceasar did for us..." -Maurice
Love this movie, this entire trilogy is one of the best trilogies ever made
indeed.
Fun fact: Will’s (James Franco’s character) dad is played by John Lithgow aka Lord Farquaad from Shrek
the end credit scene you should've kept watching til the end will show you how the infection of the virus spread across the world, and the introduction to the next movie
Awesome reaction of my favorite Planet Of The Apes movie!!!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Please consider rewatching the original and giving the sequels a watch! 🙏 They don’t get enough attention

underrated movie
The Reboot of this saga is way better than the original sorry
Tom Felton's American accent in this movie is so awful.
Why does scientists live in normally apartaments?
Why wouldn't they? Its not like the average lab technician is a millionaire or something
