Omg welcome to PLAVE! To break everything down, PLAVE is a self produced group that consists of extremely talented members. Yejun, Noah and Eunho take charge of producing/composing and Hamin and Bamby take charge of their choreography. I feel like this group is a hidden ace lol because even rappers can sing really well to the point where you wonder if they're really from the rap line🧍🏻♀️ This goes to the other members in the vocal line, dance line, too. But seriously, their vocal skills are phenomenal. The members are as follow: Yejun (dark blue hair) - Leader, main vocalist Noah (blonde hair) - lead vocalist, dancer Bamby (pink hair) - main dancer, vocalist Eunho (silver hair with fangs) - Main rapper, vocalist Hamin (Black hair and maknae) - Main dancer, rapper And you're righttt They do have their own concept, not really a lore though since everything isn't that deep. They have a unique concept which is about all members coming from a star/planet outside of Terra (Terra is how they call Earth) who then got sucked into a mysterious space in between Earth and their planet, called Asterum (which is shown at the end of the wait for you MV u watched) where they can communicate with people from Terra (Earth), basically us lol and spread love and music everywhere around the world. This is basically the concept they made for themselves. I've followed vtubers as well but never got into them since they never caught my interest that much haha but PLAVE is different for me. They have sooo many content out as well! (Most of them being hilarious lol) They do so many live streams and music shows, live stages, radio shows, etc, just like other kpop idols. They performed at an award show as well. They even do dance challenges together. In my opinion, their company, VLast is really advanced in technology. Please check more songs out if you have time. Also, the hairstyle change is still in the discussing process since it's not easy at all. It takes time, budget and lots of other creations. Even now, they keep having newer outfits more and more each comeback so it's understandable it must be hard on all the staff.

Plave has full body Motion Tracking and for shows, they usually send a video of themselves in their MoCap. They do all their music and choreo as well as music video directing because their company is a Video Game company so they work on all the Technology. Plave live streams twice a week in their MoCap as well
Thank for answering my question! I suppose music shows are new to the concept, so is understanding that the company is in charge of all the logistics Didn't knew their company is a virtual tech company but I suppose it makes sense than being a normal entertainment company

They're not the first virtual k-idols but they're definitely the first ones who are getting so much recognition and attention from both vtuber fans and kpopers at the same time. I feel their popularity started because of how fun their live streams were and their reactions to their avatars glitching (I could bet that 2 out of 3 PLLIs discovered Plave through glitches compilations 😂😂). Also the fact that they work with a tech startup and not with an entertainment company definitely played a big part, since that really changes the work dynamic of the group. More than being under this company, it's almost as if they're working hand in hand, since they are completely in charge of the production of the songs and choreo, while Vlast works with the visual part. As for the hair, I don't really know how difficult it is to change the colors, but if there's a degree of difficulty, it must be in how the hair looks in different types of environments (like lights and shadows?) I'm not sure tho. What I do think is certain is that their hair colors inevitably became an important part of the group's image and I doubt they want to change them. They even mention them in the lyrics of their recent song called "Virtual Idol", so I think that the hairstyles may change in the future, but not the hair color. And if they do, it's more likely to be variants of the same color rather than a complete color change. But who knows, let's see 👀
Hi! Thank you for reacting to Plave. I know my comment is a bit late already but yes Plave has a lore! They just recently published bits and pieces of it and it's sooooooo deep. The reason why their design looks like webtoon characters is because according to their lore, they came from unpopular webtoon series. Each of them is the main character. In their webtoon world, they're the only ones left as characters slowly disappear when they don't get much love and attention. The main characters are the only ones left in their respective world, just waiting to become cubes (the ones you can see in wait for you mv) and disappear. Hamin (the one with black hair) who came from an unpublished webtoon suddenly broke out from his world and through sending codes, brought the other 4 characters from Caelum to Asterum. Asterum is the space between Caelum and Terra (Earth). They are once again given another chance in Asterum. As long as they receive love from Terra, they will live eternally and will not turn into cubes. This is not the full lore. It's just based on the first two updates. We'll probably discover more in the next updates 🥰
