To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange.
And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them busine
I hope smart city comes with some solution on villas
All clients are in various groups i am afraid ek din sab inke office jainge like they went to BWC.

But still the Villas are profitable and rental demand is there. I Pray smart city reconsider the additional payment demand and satisfy Villa owners. But remember, Booking form par one line is mentioned, 5% additional cost honay par smart city is liable to demand additional cost. But situation is more tricky than the cost of development Vs size of villas

Logo ka bahut nuqsaan hua hai. This is same for plots and whatever. Almost every overseas who started investing from 2019, 2020 is in loss. Huge loss plus terrible customer service. Baat karne ka tariqa bhi ni.

Abhi logo ko intni asaani se ni loot sakein ge so funds ki kami to hogi. Many unsatisfied clients in various categories. These should have been looked after but they were ignored obviously word of mouth is playing a big role.

AssalamoAlaikum, it's unbelievable development charge, one kanal plot 40 lac development charges, and they want this money in 3 or 4 quarters, sir let me know if I pay this after a couple of years. And corner plot extra 10 percent.

Walaikum salaam, Development charges have been delayed twice (1.5/2 years), though smart city should have rather converted this delay into installment that would have been better option, regardless of that, prime location charges were already mentioned in booking form.
For next ballot it will happen in 2024 most probably last quarter
