Dr thought i had acid reflux, turns out I had IBS and the pain was because my bowl spasms. Extra hot baths really helped. Thought id share just incase! feel better soon.
@stale fries it's been 3 years, I get really bad pains. I normally take the shower head and hold it inches away from the area. Moving it in circles. Has to be almost burning 10 minutes or so, it becomes managble. It's better than it's ever been. Avoiding stress and keeping a food diary to see what sets it off helps.
Ooo good to know! I’m hoping to get a diagnosis to see if maybe it’s not acid reflux and something else that needs to be treated differently. But so far the OTC things ain’t doing anything really

i decided to reroot my michelle's hair bc i hated her in box hair but when I washed her hair first (just for practice) it dried into a sixties flip which I'm obsessed with but I still might reroot her but ughh.... idk!! I'm so torn!!! i already bought the curly hair 😭😭😭

thats interesting. i have ibs but also very bad acid reflux. i usually take hot showers but they dont do much of anything for me tbh
