Ohh yeah you definitely don’t want to run out of battery if you have very far to go. I rode it around a bit with it turned off and it’s ridable as long as it’s not steep but the tall gearing makes it a bit harder.

Please reply. I am looking to buy one, but how's the customer service? Are they good with warranty? Can it handle rain showers? Heavy rain? Can it handle lots of dust and sunlight heat?
@@Tuna5908 hey I will say their service has been very good, but I am not the typical customer since they came to me for the review. I hope they are good for everyone but can’t say for sure. I would think some rain would be okay but not sure about heavy rain. Dust should be fine if you clean it off once in a while and I would try to keep it out of the hot sun for long periods but I would think it would be fine for normal use.
they put a $10 shifter, and $10 derailleur on it.... why do these imaginary chinese companies put the same crappy components on these bikes! An e-bike is heavy and has lots of power, they NEED better quality components!
@@irtheLeGiOn i'm sorry, but you missed on this one... Customers that shop by price without prior bike knowledge (most of them) are not going to upgrade a bike on their own, let alone pay someone to do it...

What size wrench do you need to take the back wheel off? Is it a 17 mm?

Size was a concern I had. Do you feel squished lengthwise while riding this bike? Like are you knees too close to the handlebars when you peddle?

Price tradeoff.. someone would rather get two batteries and put their own upgrades on it.

It’s very similar in specs to the rest in this category, but the extra weight could make it feel less powerful.
