🐑ROASTED LAMB LEG: Pour olive oil on the lamb legs. Rub seasalt and pepper on them. Place on the grill for 3 hours. Flip every 45 minutes. Spread a concoction of melted butter and garlic. | Bone in ribeye: Same process but it takes 4.5 to 5 hours to be fully cooked.
🍣TUNA SASHIMI: Slice the tuna’s back thinly. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, white radish, perilla leaves, pickled ginger, lime and lemon cuts.
🇻🇳GRILLED GEODUCK: Blanch the geoduck. Place it on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes then add scallion oil and ground peanut.
🐌GRILLED SNAILS: Grill the snails for three minutes. Add scallion oil.
🦞STEAMED CANADIAN LOBSTER: Cut the lobster in half. Place it in the steamer for 10 minutes.
🍝FETTUCCINE PASTA WITH FOIE GRAS & TRUFFLE: Pasta: Mix 13 egg yolks with flour, sea salt, blended beetroot (red color) or spinach (green color). Roll it out and coat with flour. Cut into fettuccine shape.| The dish: pan sear the foie gras and heat up the green mushroom sauce. Blanch the pasta. Plate the foie gras over the pasta, garnish with slices of Burgundy truffle
🍨KEM CUỘN (TEPPANYAKI ICE CREAM): Pour the vanilla cream base on the icing surface. Add many toppings. Chop the topping quickly then spread the cream flatly. Cut it into 4 portions. Roll it up, serve 2 rolls for each guest.

I must say the quality of this youtube channel has improved so much that I just realized it. I have only been a fan for two years and I must say I am really happy for them, they come so far in order to show us and educate us about the gastronomy world, it truly is exciting to watch. :)
I spent 30 years as an executive chef serving both catered meals and Sunday brunch at 5 star hotels and this has to be the finest meals set up I have ever seen. I have served TV stars, Kings and presidents around the world and I would be so proud just to work 1 of these food stations let alone be the Exec here. Thank you for a trip down memory (and gout) lane. This has to be one of you most guilt ridden videos I have ever watched
This reminds me of the type of spread that you see on upscale cruise lines. It's mind-boggling and incredibly beautiful. And I literally cannot imagine what some of those different foods taste like. I imagine having been a chef of equal caliber that this must boggle your mind as well! All you can do is eat with your eyes 😁🤩😍🌟

If you really did work at such high-end restaurants you'd have your own high-end versions of this. Hotels in Dubai as an example have impressive buffets. Howard Johnsons are not hotels worth note.
@@jennaburns8465 I trained at La Cordon Bleu in Paris. I have worked in Paris, London, New York, Grand Floridian at Disney World in Florida where I retired after a heart attack. Sorry I would NEVER work in a country that requires you to wear a diaper on your head and your woman to keep her face covered. I do have respect for people

As a man who loves seafood & Sunday Brunch, I would literally start weeping as I sat down and starting eating. My tears of bliss and happiness would soon turn to tears of excruciating pain & agony as the worst gout attack of my life comes to join be at the buffet. Why though, most of Hanoi's quintessential cuisine value isn't here at all. Go to any fusion restaurant and chances you'll have these are very likely. For the buffet part, buffet restaurants are just identical tbh.

I will prepare by fasting for the buffet like skip dinner from day before and breakfast and then go for buffet during lunch. Then skip rice and carbs and eat all meats and then when u are almost full eat rice. Then when u r full try the dessert. You will be amazed at how body makes room for dessert

I am a buffet connoisseur and I absolutely agree with the chef you don't try to get your money's worth you go for the experience. You're able to try many different types of foods in one sitting. I have the opportunity to eat as many lobster tails as I want but they start to taste the same after the third lobster tail. So it is better to try a little bit of everything first and you might be surprised that there might be something better than lobster. 😋

I will never be able to go to wonderful places like this , so thank you for sharing
Anything is possible as long as you put your mind to it.
From my experience of watching buffet, always go for the seafood, crabs, prawns ect. Also, don't eat the food you would eat at home, eat something new. Think of this way, if you want to a 4* plus resturant, you were served 3 course menu, it would come to £60+ so compare whatever you eat to that portion and eat more than that. Also, if you are going to a buffet, go on a empty stomach. Also, don't eat rice and pasta, potato dishes, carbs related items as that will fill you up quicker. If you have to get these food, only small portion with lots of seafood, meat.
Lastly, whatever buffet you go to, check out what they serve and have an idea what you want to eat to atleast get your money worth.
PS: Amazing price for such high quality food.

I love traveling to different parts of the world and trying their local buffets. So much to choose from! The fish is so HUGE! The lobsters are so DELICIOUS. I am glad that I have the taste of these food during my buffet journey!

Pro tips on how to get your value when your partners are not big eater, make her/him a waitress and cooks, always works for me when we go to the buffet and she just keep passing plates after plates for me till I am ready to go the toilet, format my stomach and get ready for round two.

I think that we should compare this buffet to a Brazillian steakhouse. In the video, the roasted duck and pork weren't cooked right, however the lamb chops look attractive. They must have good steaks.
