it`s optional, u can use head cleaner or warm water

Epson l3150 printing only colored blocks, lines and text is not printing ..even after head cleaning....same problem even after replaced head...ink pump purge system is fine...how to fix that?

You need to change printhead

Pump is o.k and head is replaced.. then we have to check head cable or Logic board only... try replacing pump unit only as per your statement...
