It's always tough seeing young players we have just not get minutes due to the rest of the talent we have, but when Lunin got his chance I knew he'd take it. This isn't a sudden burst of brilliance, he's just this incredible. He has saved almost half of the penalties he's faced in his career, and correct me if I'm wrong but of all the normal time pens we've conceded he's saved all but 1
Not just that, but he has been heroic all year. Despite some defensive injuries midway through the season we seem to be conceding even less largely cause of Lunin. And in big games he has been heroic.
He deserves to play every game, for the full 90 minutes, for a big club, and on the biggest stage. When Courtois comes back, I don't think we can give him that. We should send him to a big club where he won't be a second option, and until that opportunity comes keep him
