I make potatoes like these, but half way through baking, I put a mix of shredded cheese, one egg, and a tablespoon of milk over them and back into oven until cheese is melted.
My mom makes them like this only she leaves the skin on, cuts them into cubes like breakfast hash and cooks them in the air frier. SO GOOD!!! I am in Phoenix, Arizona.
@@Dolinaljubaviair fryer uses the same amount of oil in this recipe. It is possible to even use less oil. You just need it to help the spices to stick to the potatoes. I used 1 tbsp and it worked perfectly.
