Hi what if you change it to new waste cartridge toner but cannot detect it? still saying waste cartridge is full

Sounds like you either have a sensor that isn't reading it properly. Check the waste toner container for the little clear plastic piece. That's what the Xerox looks for when checking if the waste toner if full or not. Then check the corresponding location on the Xerox to see if that it dirty. Lint free cloth = whip it down. Reboot Xerox and try again.
