The variety of food there is great, especially the desserts. I didn't expect to find so many types of desserts. I wouldn't dare to try the stinky tofu, pigs brain and rabbit heads😅. The stallholders there are friendly and chatty. Some stall holders and customers (mostly ladies) were fascinated by my DJI Pocket 3 and I end up chatting with them. I enjoy chatting with people on my travels, so I had an enjoyable day. I spent 5 hrs there - filming, eating and chatting ❤

So much variety, and in such quantities. I wonder how much gets wasted each day. You would have to stay in Chengdu a long time to sample everything on offer, but there are a few items I wouldn't want to try! The old lady who wanted to find a boyfriend was amusing.
I was surprised by the sheer number of stalls this place has. Indeed I would spend a long time in Chengdu if I want to sample every type of food there. Stinky tofu, pigs brain and rabbit heads are delicacies there. I don't have the courage to try these. Most of the stallholders there are friendly and allowed me to film them and their customers in close proximity.
Even though Sichuan cuisine is the main focus, its wide variety and range are astonishing. The sheer number of stalls seems endless. People’s passion for food shines through their smiles and the sparkle in their eyes! Amidst the hustle and bustle, your video camera energetically captures the food. From fragrant skewers to hot pots and fried dishes, the video meticulously captures people’s expressions and the vibrant atmosphere of the city, conveying the excitement of the night in every detail. Jianshe Road is the most popular food street in Chengdu. The stalls there are endless. There are 3 main rows of food shops and I filmed the most popular row in sufficient detail to maintain interest. You are right that the wide variety and range are astonishing. The stallholders were friendly and most of them allowed me to film them and their customers in close proximity. I also had to wait at each stall till customers came and placed their orders. I spend quite a lot of time waiting for the right moment to film. Some stall holders and customers were fascinated by my DJI Pocket 3 and I end up spending time chatting with them. It was a good outing and I am happy with the result.
