I know why she's acting like that..! In Lightning Returns, the fake Serah said Lightning cut out all that made her weak so no one could make her back down. She got rid of her younger self so she could grow up so fast after her parents died. You really gotta pay attention to the storyline of Lightning Returns and what Lumina says to her to understand why she is this way. "Its not a question of can or can't.. Somethings in life you just do."
