This might be my new favorite format for challenges. So epic. The war zone sound effects were next level. I was dying at the hit marker when Kwon hit Matt’s ball on the green 😂
I feel like this would be even more interesting if every individual had a health bar. So if one of your teammates is dead, you play on your own. You could then spend HP to resuscitate them to 50 points or something.
Interesting take on it, I like the idea but I think I'd rather see teams get knocked out rather than individuals on a team. Less play time for whoever is having a bad round too. It's cool when someone who's having a bad round has a chance to hit a clutch shot for the team

Great format, yes. Great match? I love Steve, but Swinging the club around, and dropping clubs after hitting a bad shot is not a good look. He will throw his back out doing that $h1t. It was a shame Matt and Luke got out early. Would have been a lot more enjoyable watching Team Broken vs Team Barrett.
Luke Clanton was great to watch. I enjoyed everyone else, but his words, style and his “act like you’ve been there” approach is just gold in this episode.
He was trying too hard, the whole “we’re one and 0” he kept saying was clearly his hopes of being asked back. I don’t see him returning much if at all.
Gulag should be a par 3 hit the green you come back. If only one player hits the green that one player is back in but only with 100 points. Y’all should also implement a 100 point teammate buyback to bring a teammate back in. Which essentially means the solo player has to play good golf alone until he can buy his teammate back in.
Adding the Gulag is gonna have to be really looked at though, we gotta be able to finish with a winner in at most 18 holes lol i could see the boys surviving for a while if they get hot.
Huge fan of all the different formats and challenges you guys come up with but this is by far my favorite. A bit confusing and math is required but definitely hope to see more of this. And the Farms is an absolutely insane course and a perfect track to penalize even slightly wayward tee shots.
Loved the video. One key point to me is that Matt and Luke stayed involved with the video even after being eliminated. Win or lose I think it's important for everybody to hang in there and see the video through to the end. Offer some thoughts about the next shot someone is going to hit. No matter what you guys are a team. A great one for sure!!!
I like his game a lot... but his vibe is weird and his banter is awkward. Even with his own teammate he seems unnecessarily tense and even borderline condescending.

I first noticed it back when he was "Captain" of the college kids vs GG match months ago. He was talking down to all his teammates. It's not about him being a "replacement" (which has not been announced anyway, I'm hoping he's just a guest) I'm here for Kwonzo, and whoever else new can bring them good good vibes. Like I said, I like his game, I just don't enjoy his banter or overall vibe.
I know he might have other plans but this is the exact guy I want to see become the new 6th GG member. Just would be an awesome addition , game is class and personality is built for it , would be a seamless fit honestly.

Im a recently new golfer, bought a used set for 40$. I hit max 100 yards, and I got to say you guys are amazing. Not to long ago I looked up golf on TH-cam in attempts to get rid of my baseball swing, coming upon the good good channel, gm golf, Rick Sheils, Grant, Garret, and bubbie I fell in love with golf. All the challenges you guys play are extremely entertaining and I just can’t wait till I get to play like you guys. Keep it boys love the content.

i’m not gonna lie, when i heard that grant was leaving i was very upset, and to be honest i thought the channel would never be the same. I was proved wrong, especially with this one. The energy and the competitive spirits from all 3 teams was just amazing. Showed that they really care about the challenge and want to win/ want to help the video. Even though they don’t get anything from it
Felt the same way & honestly this is the first episode where it hasn’t felt “different” and I actually felt like I was watching the old Good Good that wasn’t awkward or forced. Looking forward to more original golf videos.
I truly believe the only people the channel cannot afford to leave are the guys behind the editing/camera. Production value is so high, even compared to other high quality golf channels. They've also proved to be amazing in front of the camera as well. Will still miss Grant though.

So another way to adapt golf to warzone - whoever goes first determines the size of the circle. 2nd team has to get within that distance of the flag or they take damage from being outside of the zone. Same thing on approach shots - would encourage aggressive play :)
This was a great idea. The intro showing the clubhouse and music was a nice add. You should show the players with their clubs too posing lol like the beginning of a COD match
Gulag should be next Par 3. Must hit the green AND make birdie to come back in. Come back in with 75 health. Also if eagle is made maybe you can divvy out points to take away from each team/give to yourself. Great video.

Yeah unfortunately Luke is tour level good and he’s going out and winning tournaments on the D1 level. Until that path is dead, there’s no way he’s stepping away from being dialed in on getting to the pro level one day. At least that’s what I think. It does suck though because he’s consistently my favorite collab

Great video! Love the game, the scoring is really fun and makes for an engaging competition. I really dig the vibe of this course, and the EDITING and production value is perfect for the Par-zone theme. Feel like every Good Good week needs a Par-zone vid, with a different “loading screen” of the clubhouse, with “patch notes” for any updates to scoring/gulag!!🔥🔥

Should basically rent out the course and have someone hide clubs about, give everyone like 10 mins or something to find clubs and then do a bracket challenge or something similar. That would be very entertaining.
Love this, and I feel like there's a ton you could do to expand it if you wanted to. Like adding more penalties for different lies (like -10 for rough, -25 for sand, for example), and the idea of a gulag sounds pretty nice. I guess it'd be something like you have to birdie the next hole (maybe one of the next 2) to come back? Or another idea I see is having individual health bars and resurrecting your teammate (maybe as a birdie/eagle reward?)
I have a suggestion for a very cool game mode i just thought of, would be crazy fun Not Ideal type of game, Every team starts out with a 7 Iron, and as they progress they can add 1 club to their bag per hole as long as they make a eagle/birdie eagle allows team to pick their club. birdie =club number to be drawn out of a hat , par is safe, bogey is remove 1, double bogey is remove one but other teams decide which one. Simple and elegant :)

Should basically rent out the course and have someone hide clubs about, give everyone like 10 mins or something to find clubs and then do a bracket challenge or something similar. That would be very entertaining.

Love this, and I feel like there's a ton you could do to expand it if you wanted to. Like adding more penalties for different lies (like -10 for rough, -25 for sand, for example), and the idea of a gulag sounds pretty nice. I guess it'd be something like you have to birdie the next hole (maybe one of the next 2) to come back?
Or another idea I see is having individual health bars and resurrecting your teammate (maybe as a birdie/eagle reward?)
I have a suggestion for a very cool game mode i just thought of, would be crazy fun Not Ideal type of game,
Every team starts out with a 7 Iron, and as they progress they can add 1 club to their bag per hole as long as they make a eagle/birdie eagle allows team to pick their club. birdie =club number to be drawn out of a hat , par is safe, bogey is remove 1, double bogey is remove one but other teams decide which one. Simple and elegant :)

Wow....well done gents. That was one of the most enjoyable video of golf I've seen in a long time. A cross between video games and real golf....brilliant! I think a way for a team to come-back after being knocked out would setup a scenario for an epic comeback.
