I am ready for the challenge!!!
Today morning I had a 5to8 minutes of conflict with my left hand friend who I met on a floor level trying to be best and he was able to understand a part of self success through me with his knowledge he puts in our relationship. So far just to realize I have to express myself to him this morning to get the understanding from the reason of our relationship when I've already started feeling exhausted about our being to each other that it's doesn't match our relationship together. Right now I just realized I made the right decision thank you King Stoicism. I'll continue to be mentally strong.

@@KingStoic101 Developing more understanding on people’s motives for more appropriate responses (both internal and external), by being more focused on their perspectives. It will also help to keep reading about several subjects in order to get a clearer mind that will enable me to think sharper.
I tried to change it but only persisted for a few days...maybe I'm just good with my mouth
I'm always thinking negative, and it's hard for me to change. Pray for guidance to change, but I always go back to the same habit.

@@KingStoic101 Usually becoming aware is already enough to stop the train of thought. But when it’s about a more sensitive subject stopping takes a while. It helps to think that this was in the past, or that the present is different, when just thinking “calm down!” doesn’t work. Or I start analyzing what I would do today or wonder why still still upsets me so much. Watching one of your movies also helps! Grateful.
