I wouldn't consider the bird to be a challenging flyer (like a green wing teal or a Mourning dove) but the apparent distance he's consistently hitting them at, is amazing, especially if its typical bird 7 1/2 to 9 shot.
He is shooting one of his target shotguns, that is why it has extractors rather than ejectors. You pull out the spent cartridges by hand and deposit them into a bucket at the clays station, or put them into a bag in order to take them home to reload. Much tidier than flinging spent hulls where they will be underfoot.

As a Clay shooter, I know what an excellent shot George is, I tried shooting Pigeon once, but I was rubbish tbh, I'm only an average shot with the clays tbh. But maybe thats the key, could it be that part of George's success with clay is down to his game and quarry experience, its certainly a great deal more difficult, I know, I've tried it. Hmmm

A tip when hunting in the woods, don’t shoot the crows as the others will recognize you and alert other wildlife. My father shot them for years out of anger only to find out he was just making it worst. They recognize faces and will alert each other as well as deer/hog and a variety of wildlife.

I take great interest in nature and I love our UK wildlife. It's obvious that controlling the numbers of certain more successful species (predatory ones in particular) benefits many of the other more vulnerable species, helps to maintain diversity and enriches the environment. Careful wildlife management through protecting and generating habitat and predator control is the responsible thing to do.

depends, if your decoys are reasonably close and will be bringing the birds closer more open chokes will be best, but if your decoys are further away not brining in the birds as close then tighter chokes will be best
