It is good that you have taken a stand to support the reborn sculptors and I am always surprised by people in the reborn community who would actually defend stolen sculpts etc.

I agree that we are so blessed by these creative and amazing women and men ❤️ I have already fallen head over heals for several babies and kits that I am currently saving up for even though there are cheaper versions. I am a huge supporter in general and as a rule of “local” business. Whether that be direct from my town or direct from an artist. Being an artist and maker myself, I see beautifully made crocheted and knitted items at retail stores and absolutely CRINGE 😬 at the “Low, Low Prices” 💔💔💔 I know how much time, effort and heart goes into creating these items and know for a fact that they’re usually worth at least three times what they’re being sold for brings me to my knees. As to the topic of your video; it was my understanding when I watched one that I think you’re meaning last night that what was said was that in certain circumstances the Chinese manufacturers will automatically (without any actual consent of the sculptor) take over a sculpt that has been replicated a specified number of times in their factories and replicate it for their own benefit according to their OWN laws IF certain loops haven’t been jumped through by our amazing sculptors. It’s not the sculptors fault per se because the laws there seem to be ever changing as to make it extremely difficult for our folks to keep up. They needn’t even notify them or their legal teams. It’s meant to undermine the sculptors and essentially technically strip them of their rights and legal standing without their knowledge. Not that all manufacturers will do that, of course. That is what I took away from the video/s I think you’re meaning. I could be entirely wrong but it seems as if the TH-camr was trying to expose some things that may not be known to HELP the sculptors be more aware of the intricacies of those particular Chinese laws and what actions if any they can take before hand as to prevent being horribly jammed up after the fact of these honest women and men being stolen from. This happens world wide, not just China unfortunately. Even in our very own countries (I’m American) because humanity sometimes really sucks. Even the most honest companies can and have been victims to all kinds of dishonesty and theft. It is not right and it is not fair. I for one once did not know any better than to buy “knock offs” because I didn’t know there was such a thing. After just a short time in this community I found out what was happening to our beloved sculptors and vowed to be diligent in my research of every kit and baby I bought from that moment on.
Chinese steal everything, not only dolls. You can now easily buy this Levi full silicone in Ali Express for 200 dollars. And of course, people buy, because its cheap. This process is impossible to stop.
I believe I have one of the fake Bonnie brown sculpts! Although it has her name on it, my twin b doesn’t look quite right and is very very small but I’m not sure how to tell the difference between real and fake! Any tips?
Many people are not subscribed to your channel, They will never see the information that you are sharing right now, and if they don’t know and they see the information from the Chinese website, they will be misled and they will think that they got permission, not everyone does research I am worried.

I am so glad I caught the kits I have from an artist that decided to not work on them. I have almost all the sold out babies, but I like the gerdie too :( I am also fishing around for Saskia and Tutti kits. If it's on ebay is it still safe to buy from a momma, I am talking about preloved dolls? Sorry to bug you.

If they are illegal how come arrests aren't made or legal action taken?
They are just individuals not companies. Hard also to prosocute internationally.
