  • How to make the smoothest ESPRESSO MARTINI at home 🍸 LOL it’s a new life for me and this insanely popular, sweet but punchy cocktail that’s the perfect dessert drink for when the night is young… ☕️
    To make coffee infused vodka, roughly grind or crush 1/2 cup whole coffee beans and add to a clean jar with a 1/4 cup of brown sugar (optional) and 750mL vodka. Swirl and tuck in a cool, dry place 24-48 hours, then strain through a cheesecloth and place in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to use.
    To make an espresso martini, freshly brew a shot of espresso and allow to cool - this will help with ultimate creaminess and smooth coffee flavor, though nitro cold brew is also an excellent choice if you can get your hands on it! Fill a shaker with ice and add 2 ounces of your coffee vodka, 1/2 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liqueur, 1 ounce Frangelico for a nice nutty hit, 1 ounce cooled espresso, cap and shake hard at least a minute or two until the outside of the shaker is frosty so you develop a nice foam inside. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with grated chocolate covered espresso beans because why not. Feeling good yet??!! 👌
