You need only seven things to be from the people of alfirdaus
1 be a believer
2 have khushu in prayer
3 stay away from vain ar bad talk or actions
4 do zakat
5 guard your privates from haram things
6 be responsible for what God has entrusted to you, or His servants have entrusted to you, and keep your covenants and do not waste them, but rather fulfill them
7 maintain your daily prayers

Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: I have prepared for My pious servants which no eye (has ever) seen, no ear has (ever) heard and no human heart has ever perceived those bounties leaving apart (those bounties) about which Allah has informed you.

You said in regards to “it has never come across the heart of any man” pretty much means no one has ever thought of it.
But the heart also has feelings it’s more than just thought of it.
It means that the heart has never felt that type of emotion before. It is a completely different emotion never felt on this earth by anyone.
I think Jannah is like a fantasy world where the things that certain individuals imagined or expected and might would expect in their imagination will be already there in an incomprehensibly greater form only for them to find out eventually. Subhanallah! Anyway, but how big would be the jannatul ferdous?? Are there any mentions of it?? Would it be infinite as i knew it somewhere the residents of ferdous would actually be able to see Allah the god almighty himself??
All of the residents of jannah will see Allah swt, and as for the firdaws it is the most spacious level for jannah, and its right below the throne of Allah swt, but I am not aware of any hadiths mentioning it being infinite.
