- Rarely-seen footage, this is the fifth day of O.J. Simpson's five-day deposition in the civil lawsuit brought against him by the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
This is the first time Simpson has answered questions under oath about his activities just before, during and after the murders.
Note: O.J. Simpson was deposed for the originally scheduled five days between Jan 22-Jan 26, 1996. One month later he was recalled & deposed for 4 more days (Feb 22-23 & Feb 26-27, 1996). In total, O.J. Simpson's deposition took 9 days.
Present in the room are -
Defendant: O.J. Simpson
Representatives: Bob Baker, Daniel Leonard & Robert Blasier
Plaintiff: Fred Goldman
Representatives: Daniel Petrocell, Arthur Groman, Edward Medvene, Peter Gelblum & Yvette Molinaro
Michael Brewer (for Plaintiff Sharon Rufo)
John Kelly (for Plaintiff Louis Brown & the Estate of Nicole Brown)
Videographer: Rod Rigole
Examination by Daniel Petrocelli
OJ tryin to look casual as he gulps down glass after glass of water....lol
SO TRUE😂😂😂😂
He’s guilty as sin that’s why
I've noticed that when the questions of beatings, killings or the crime itself are asked, he breathes hard, blows air and takes a drink of water. Poker tell.
Once they started asking about Paula Barbieri breaking up with him, his demeanor changes drastically. You can tell how angry he gets.
Not the Bills, 49ers or any of his acting. This deposition is O.J.'s greatest performance.
Everyone in that room including Orenthal Simpson knows exactly the identity of the murderer. The murderer jiggling ice cubes in his glass of water while the others sometimes giggling at their process.
This is why Johnnie Cochran didn't want him to take the stand
Cochran knew he was guilty.
Great uploads, #00. Thank you # 11 👍
Oj looks like a 6th grader that got sent to the principal for cheating lol
The most water I saw OJ drink
He remembers what he wants. He remembers what his daughter said and asked. But not the rest.
10:11 is interesting.....why would simpson voluntarily link the sounds Kato heard to Nicoles murder?
Good catch.. his demeanor gets stiff and serious pertaining to those questions
@@fatsonot181 I am on the OJ didn't act alone and he is still to this day NOT been proven Guilty in the court of law side so with that out the way when Baker interpreted with "he wasn't there" I thought something was odd...... at the end of the day it's 2022 and we should be able to prove he either did it or didn't so we could end the debate once and for all , thing that sucks is only one person can end it
@@williebeamen2x you're biased by opinion of jurors decision to free him. I would suggest you to watch Court TV's OJ 25 (25 episode) docuseries released in 2020. It's on utube. It's a boxed version of entire trial along with interviews. And the best is 2 episode part by Vincent Bugliosi (prosecutor who convicted C Manson and only lost 1-2 cases in his career). He gives exceptional piece of informations and how marcia and durden failed to seize on the evidences and kept important eye witnesses off the stand. If you're actually looking to learn and get to conclusions these 2 will confirm have your opinion changed to guilty. If you're only looking to argue back then I'm out.
@@williebeamen2x he was found liable in the court of law
@@fatsonot181 Why did they keep important eye witnesses off the stand?
Looks like the murderer is getting a little tedious lol
One of the lawyers was actually a business lawyer not an criminal lawyer. They did a better job as persecutors than the original lawyers
At the end about his notes 😱
Timestamp?
He signed autographs on the airplane and at airport on the way back????????
Great uploads! What day is it when he gets shown the pictures of him wearing the Bruno Magli shoes.?
Fmoy84 I don’t think they’re in these depositions for some reason. I’ve watched them all and haven’t seen it. Maybe they brought him back after these and took an extra deposition that isn’t here.
@@pommiebears Ya I watched them all as well. It would be interesting to see how he reacted for the following questions about the pictures.
Fmoy84 yes...it would, wouldn’t it? 👍🏽
@M S Hi, thanks for your reply, yes they do mention the shoes here but there is a short clip on TH-cam where they show a picture of him wearing the shoes and he looks shocked that they have such a picture.
Here's the video where he is shown the picture of him wearing the shoes. abcnews.go.com/2020/video/oj-simpson-asked-murder-evidence-34058236
OJ has an Angel face. I hope Nicole didn’t see his face; in particular, his eyes, at the moment of death.
Liar liar your gloves are on fire 🔥
Finger and on hold conversation.
I love you OJ and I know you were innocent of murder. R.I.P baby, you didn't deserve to be framed and have your life and legacy ruined. 😢❤
Simpson holds up pretty well. Remember this is a man that would kill a person with a knife. That is all you need to know.
OJ getting cornered....
i've got all 9 days of his deposition. so far i've uploaded Days 1 to 8, i'll upload the last day (Day 9) tomorrow. enjoy.
@@mprsv1 Watching passionately. Never get bored of this.... Such an incredible story... Sad sad sad
And thanks for uploading by the way
no problem. "Day 9" will be up in around 12hrs time.
i have a question without notice for you: after seeing OJ being grilled, how badly do you think it would have gone for him had he testified at his criminal trial?
OJ gets ticked off pretty easily but i think Petrocelli actually went easy on OJ, he could have gone a lot harder. Marcia Clark would have made Petrocelli's line of questioning look like childsplay had she been given the opportunity to interrogate OJ under oath.
@@mprsv1 I'm very familiar with the case. I've watched pretty much anything and everything that exists online about it.... I'm not sure what would have happened if he had testified... To me, the most damaging stuff in the civil trial, is the fact that pictures resurfaced of him wearing "those ugly ass shoes"... That's the clear turning point, where you realize he is lying about EVERYTHING.
What's in that Juice?
Why would you be signing autographs on your way back to L.A. your wife has been murdered and your distraught and need to pull yourself back together? Let's sign autographs my wife is murdered???

1 5 o wanted to get myself together for kids
Anyone who thinks hes guilty has obviously not watched the criminal trial
Are you dumb? Do you know you’re in the vast minority? And anybody watching this has probably also watched the trial.
You should change your name from the naked camper to the stupid camper. Man are you dumb.
