You can parry his not glowing white hit punch easy, free dmg, you just need to back away next since some times he likes to do 2 hit combo. Other then that he's easy.

When you press M it shows the map and there is an icon of the cyclops head in the bottom center of the map. He's on top of that castle building and you reach it from the wooden stairs on the right side (above the water cliffs)

We wandered around under it forever lol, he’s up top and very worth it. There’s a gold chest with him.

The ramp from the bottom leads up there it's wood on the east side of the platform, watch out for his aoe slam attack if you jump you can dodge it

does his hp reset when he start to walk to his original point?

No as long as you get his aggro again before he gets to his standing location. But to be honest, I've seen him go completely back to his standing location and he didn't fully reset his health so I am not sure if it actually does or not.
