Happy Birthday!!! I had my son when I was a senior in high school too. I was 17 as well. I am 41 and my son is 24. I used to get asked if my son was my little brother. I am going to be sad when people stop telling me Im too young to have a kid this age lol…i only had him though. So maybe it throws them off a bit when u say u have a 32 year old and then 18 year old.
Thank you for the birthday wishes!! Yes, I remember there was a time that people would look at me (when my son was older and I was younger) and you could see them thinking- she is too young to be the mom but he is too young to be the boyfriend. It was always a good laugh!!!
Happy birthday lovely!!! I've been grey since I was 20 (who knew abuse and stress would do that lol 😭) so I've been dying my hair for like 27 years! I stopped over the last year and just embraced the silver but now I'm sick of it looking the same so it's time to colour again. OMG YES TO THE MAPS 😂 It was the most stressful thing for me to navigate, I hated it. I use waze exclusively now and never want to go back to paper maps. And my kids (18 and 15) are over here complaining about using their phones to look stuff up meanwhile I'm like bruh when I was your age we had to go to the library! AND PAY FOR IT. My god lol they have it so good!

I was sooooo close to dying my hair and then I went on Pinterest to see how others are looking with grey hair and then I was like- oh I can rock this grey hair thing. But now I am second guessing it again.. LOL. I am 99.9% sure I will not dye it but oh there are days I want to!!! Our kids are SPOILED. everything is at their fingertips. it is kinda sad, they won't experience the cool things we did!

Our PGE bill has been over $500 all winter. Its crazy!! In the warm months it's $200
Isn't it CRAZY!!!!!! I wish I could go back to the days when I thought $80 was HIGH. I dont know what is going on with the price gauging!! I just want to have a normal (under $200 please) pre bill!!! ugh!
That’s funny, I used to always say my mom was 32 until I did the math one day and realized she would of had me when she was 12 😂 she’s 20 years older then me so I just have to do the math…if I remember my age correctly 🤣
LOL- I think we freeze our parents in time. even now, I still picture my dad as this young vibrant dad and I saw him recently and realized he is so frail. I just want to time capsule them forever. But yes, when I do the math I laugh.
