Gurl- it was such a crazy experience!! LOL. I always watch hallmark videos with the story line of the girl who is stranded, whose phone is almost dead, who has no way to get home. I used to laugh and say- not realistic. NOW I KNOW IT IS TOTALLY REALISTIC. No hunk came to my rescue - just AMEX Travel Concierge. LOL.

I have been meaning to go to Daiso too. Maybe a trip for the coming week. Though, I dont need anything- I know once I am there I will WANT tons of things! 😂🤭

There are folks that still use the FC brand inserts. But I know for many the layouts they need don’t come in FC brand so they make their own or they buy from a shop as there’s lots of small biz that sell all the ring planner sizes.

They are still in style😊FC compact inserts are wider than Personal inserts. So people may be printing their own inserts, but making them FC Compact size instead of Personal size. And FC compacts also have a unique shape as well. Hope this helps:)

So sorry for my delayed response, Kathy. Thank you for watching and commenting!!! 🥰. I have used Franklin Covey for 30 years now. In the beginning I was using Classic size with Day on two pages. It was all I used. As life evolved, I downsized to Compact size. Still using their monthlies and weekly layout- Monticello to be exact. However, Franklin Covey doesn't offer a lot of planners in Compact size. So many of us have to improvise to have planner systems that work. Sadly, Franklin Planner hasn't evolved with the planner community. I continue to use FC compact Her point of view monthlies and had to recreate the 5 choices planner in compact size due to Franklin Planner not making them in Compact size. I think a lot of people who are new to Compact size buy inserts from Etsy shops other than Franklin Planner simply because they lack diverse inserts. Hope that makes sense.

So sorry for my delayed response. It turned out ok after the chaos and we had a good time overall. We will be doing this every year. I told my son that I want to take an extra day next year - I think it would be so fun to have a planner meet up at a coffee shop with anyone that is near by. I feel like a day to connect with my planner buddies would be such an added perk to our trip.

​@MyMoxieDreams you have a lot of fans in Texas. Love your channel! I live in the DFW area. We spend Thanksgiving at ATT Stadium cheering on the Cowboys every year and have a blast. They have the best Thanksgiving food!
