I like to use the weekly review page for forward planning/ ‘not right now’ tasks. I need to remember them, but am not planning to do it this week, but am also not ready to schedule it. So those tasks have a home on that page until I’m ready to schedule them, and they don’t clutter up my daily/ weekly spread. Kind of a ‘pending’ page.

I love your finance tracker, I think I might need to do something like that. I do track my monthly spending not weekly, so maybe I can do it as a monthly tracker? loved your flip through :)

A few tips for the indentation. Use a pencil board or something behind the page and it really helps.

Glad you got your hands on one try for 2024! Tomoe river paper takes some time getting used too. But once you find the right pen, I think you will enjoy it! The pencil board will help too. Might I suggest the uni jet stream or the signo. Use the remainder of the year trying pens! Hopefully you will learn to love it!

I love everything about this planner!! I love tomoe river paper since it’s so lightweight to be able to carry the whole year at once. I love that she has a weekly review built in which I normally have to do in my notes pages and ample notes pages for my finances and goal breakdowns, sadly it’s sold out for 2024! But I’m definitely keeping in mind for 2025. Thanks for sharing!! I hope you’ll try a writing board behind your page to see if that helps with indentations. This paper crinkles and fluffs up when used and I love that too. It’s really a nice book to archive your memories from the year!

I am so excited for this planner. This is perfect set up! However,I went to go purchase one and it is sold out. 😔. I hope inventory comes back soon and she does has this available for 2025!

I agree with you the planner is Great, pocket size planner is perfect for me. I’ve been using a pocket for over 5 years now. I love TRP, I just can’t justify that a half year planner is over $50. So the full year is going to be over $100. I’ll pay my $35 and have a whole year plus with sterling ink and make my own. Thank you for sharing. Stay well.

Hi, It’s Miki I was wondering what paper you use for your pocket notebook as well as calendar, weeks and months. I’m one of those people that love tomoe river paper. It’s so luxurious. As I said before I’m on the fence . I have one in my shopping cart.

I love that you shared this video. Like others have said... the things you dont like about TRP are the things i love. For me feeling and flipping through the paper after they've been written on is a sensory joy. I didnt realize this planner had all of this in it when i heard about it so i didnt get one, but i am highly considering it for my edc in 2025. Thanks for sharing!!

I love the layout. Thank you for sharing! I personally love the tomoe river paper. I do use foundation pens though. And I am so glad she split it in two books for the year, but that’s me. It’s everything I am looking for in an A6 lol. What would stop me from purchasing is that the shipping is so much cuz I live here in the U.S as well, and that I just loooove a6. Idk if I can do pocket for my planner all year. I love pocket for list, to track, brain dump, even to keep a notebook with inspirational quotes, but idk if I like the size for my planner. I’m totally going PTD next year. Love the layout. Great layout for financial planning. I track like you do, although I need to add the charts for visual trends. Where do you get the weekly spend tracking chart you use or did you make it yourself?

Seeing you and everyone else develop personalized ways of using this REALLY makes me want to get it for 2025. I have a hard time sticking with bound books so that is a consideration for me as it is a rather pricey commitment. I look forward to seeing how you experiment with this for the rest of the year. ~ Tracy

I personally love tomoe river paper because of the feel after you write on it 😂 I flip through old pages I’ve already written on just to feel the texture. Open the planner to the current page…then pick up the left side of the planner…divide it in half and fold the front half to the back. This will eliminate the hump. You will have to divide in a different place as the year goes on.

LOVE your setup sooo much!! I have a “dum” newbie question: how do you get all the inserts exactly the same size?!? I print on regular paper and can’t seem to get my inserts exactly the same size no matter what I try…my OCD twitches…lol

This has most definitely been an interesting month and it has just whizzed on by! I can't believe 2024 is almost over. My youngest daughter also jokes about not having cooked long enough. She was born at 25 weeks and was 1 lb. 13 oz. That's wonderful that Belle will be able to enjoy your vacation hopefully pain free. She is so chunky and it's only the end of July! ~ Tracy
