That's because of the column orientation. Column's width & length orientation is also a factor to resist the deflection for lateral load.

Why it always says not finished in PUSH X and PUSH y during analysis .....id doesnot run completly
I have the same problem,
the finishing occurs only in case when the displacement control value is low.
