We go in Sept. booked opening midnight 2022 also. Our fare has doubled if not tripled already. But I can tell she will be one of my favorites even now...am soooo excited! Thanks for the great views.

@seatrippinwkimandscott To say the ship was so big, there was a huge lack of things things to do on board. The cruise director gemma was hardly present or her staff. The itinerary was poorly planned. We did an Eastern carribean cruise to st. Kitts, st. Thomas, and coco cay. Well it took 3 days to get to st. Thomas but only 1 day to get to coco cay. The ship was rocking like crazy and very unpleasant. People were flocking to the middle of the ship just to get some relief.
So overpriced, overhyped, and underwhelming. I regret not keeping my money and doing either multiple cruises or just some different type of vacation
Sorry you had a bad time. We will agree the Icon is over priced. We had a good time, but wouldn't sail on her again till prices come down. We are on the Caribbean Princess right now and this ship has been rocking too@@juliomiranda2131
We really appreciated your honest review and loved that you showed the kids areas, and all of the fun happening spots. This ship looks amazing and we hope to try it ourselves, but we will need to save a little first.
