Hello again. Just to let you know, the parking sensor in your link worked for my Octavia hatchback.😊 Skoda dealer in Ireland was charging me €152 euro for one 😂 Thanks so much for the video and your help
Start pulling it from one of the sides on the bottom and then just work it along the entire bumper until the other side. You have to pull quite hard to get it undone. If you can than reach from inside, you can help yourself by pressing from inside out on the attachments.
What would be a normal value for the measurmnet? I have a ! sign on my screen for my rear sensors, and all 4 sensors are 67.6 , 72, 72.7, 71.6, would that be normal values?
Hi, my oem sensor died and I have replaced it with a ridex one. Ridex sensor is working but I get an error code that it’s faulty after 10 seconds when I turn on the car. Tried switching them and it’s always the location of the ridex sensor that’s saying it’s faulty but it’s working lol. Did you have to code the new parking sensor?
I have not experienced any errors with the Ridex sensor. I did also have to replace some wiring there, so perhaps you should check the wires that connect to the sensors?

Glad it helped.
Hi. Would same sensor work for skoda octavia 3 2014 hatchback? Great video. Thanks
My guess is that yes. The car in video is 2014 octavia III station wagon, so probably the same components.
@@360swim ok. I'll buy it. Thanks for your help buddy
Hi mate. Is there a way of pulling the plastic trim off the bumper (step 2)? Don’t want to break any clips, any idea on where to start?

@@imreArtur to be honest, I have no idea. If u have a problem, I would start with the 67.6. that seems like an outlier.

The original one cost $12,. it doesn't worth to use not original one
