I, being a Indian Bengali Hindu, would say that indeed truly from a state-level India cannot do anything to Bangladeshi Hindus as it would have the opposite effect & not allowed towards a sovereign state.
Therefore, if truly to help Bangladeshi Hindu, through Global Hindu Advocacy, representatives (here of course led by Bangladeshi Hindus with full support and backup of Indian and global Hindus) should document everything at the grassroots level and report it to the United Nations, the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC), and other international human rights organizations. In this way try to create international diplomatic pressure.
Only in this way, we can genuinely assist them. Additionally, wealthy Indians could & should provide reparations to grassroots Sanatani organizations operating in Bangladesh.
This is the real way to stand by them.
