NorthShore Watercolour Paper from Walmart first impressions review

I do a first impressions review of a paper I got recently at Walmart in Canada. this cellulose paper is new to me and I seek to learn how best to utilize my purchase. After completing this video I continue to test out and use this paper over time. Let me know if you are interested in a more long term review.
