  • We discuss the latest publication of a repot showing that spike protein can circulate for a prolonged period of time post vaccination. We discuss how this is achieved, what are additional observations and why this could be either good or bad news. We touch on again why the mRNA vaccine is an exciting technology for the future of medicine, especially in the context of the treatment of genetic diseases.
    Discussed content:
    Vaccine exosomes: www.jimmunol.o...
    Spike new receptor binding: www.cell.com/i...

    This is how we should be talked to and educated. If the vaccine rollouts were informed with this level of honesty and integrity. The level of trust would be much higher and hesitancy reduced. The most important principle in medicine is informed choice and the precautionary principle. This level of discourse is excellent.

      Thank you again! What a pleasure to hear this! Yes, we believe that informed consent is key and that people would be far less hesitant if proper informed consent was simply delivered. Merogenomics business model was build around informed consent and education about medical DNA testing. There should be no deviation from use of vaccines, while fully appreciating that speed was of essence in everyone's minds. But let's be open minded that we still need to learn lots along the way, at least to be able to properly protect all the vaccinated individuals and the remaining unvaccinated, both of which are still facing certain risks. We'll see if the new antiviral drugs will be a game changer for the management of the pandemic (fingers crossed!)

      Not too sure that you are right about vaccine hesitancy being reduced.
      What is becoming clear from Merenomic's videos (and others), is that the scientific community just don't know enough about every interaction these new technology injectables have with the human body. New twists and turns in this regard are being uncovered regularly which are way out of my sphere of knowledge to understand.
      This means though, that an individual would be quite right to question the long term safety of what is being put into their bodies . Scientists cannot give you the answer to that one because at this point in time, they just don't know.

      it's perhaps both. I for one am truly excited what we may achieve in the future. There's a lot of potential for treating and preventing disease. Right now though, we're only a few decades into researching mRNA technology and are far from mastering it.
      I got two doses of mRNA vaccine and did feel the pro-inflammatory effects weeks after the shots (rashes, an episode of joint pain and swollen lymph nodes pressing on a nerve), but have since recovered completely. If that's what it takes to break some eggs for an omelette for future generations, so be it.

      @@paulbarclay4114 It's certainly nothing to be taken lightly, but I disagree on the "crazy and stupid" part.
      1) we're not operating under ideal conditions. It's easy to draw conclusions from hindsight bias. This is about knowing enough to be able to weigh the risks against the disease. 2) I don't see all people with mild symptoms get through it unscathed. It's a systemic disease that can lead to lasting functional impairments in vital organs. It would be naive to claim there's a severity and age threshold below which one gets a free pass. That's not what it looks like right now.
      3) BNT162b2 has been tested on cancer patients over a 6 month interval, and no obvious complications have been observed. The study outcomes do not support a hypothesis that vaccination drives progression towards more mutations which would result in more aggressive forms of cancer (less responsive to treatment, more likely to metastasize) . If you will, this cohort was fast-forwarded to the onset of cancer and then exposed to an mRNA vaccine. I hope more studies will be done, including this hypothesis or models that lend themselves to predictions of in-vivo mutagenicity, but to the best of my abilities I have looked at it and concluded that for me the risks of the disease outweigh those of vaccination for me.
      Now go ahead and keep calling me stupid if it helps you.

    The fixation on this one spike proteine is simply insane. The multi-celled organisms run a complex and mostly uncharted substance transport systems, using vesicles. The destination address of these vesicles are encoded using a spike protein, and usually additional sugars. And inside, a viral RNA may hide, or not. There is no way to know until you unpack the vesicle and look inside. And if you develop anti-bodies against one specific address encoding, the virus just switches to another. And you cannot just shut down the entire system because you will die. Vaccination against this type of virus is futile.

    • @trzy
      @trzy 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That depends on the rate of evolution and there is no guarantee the virus will evolve more quickly than our ability to resist it with natural or artificial (vaccine) immunity. Furthermore, the alternative binding mechanisms may not be sufficient to trigger lethal levels of replication and inflammation. Vaccination therefore makes a lot of sense. Worst case scenario, you end up with an influenza situation: new vaccines each year of varying efficacy that on the whole reduce the disruption caused by flu season.

    This is just the second of your videos that I have watched. It refreshing to hear a level headed approach to the science. My question is on natural immunity? Is there a need for the vaccination if you have natural immunity within your body already? Is it not true that a persons natural immunity is better than any vaccination you could be given? Here is my concerns. We have no idea, long term what these vaccination will do? I recently was diagnosed with LOMS,(late onset multiple sclerosis) and being an auto immune disease I have concerns with the vaccine and how it will effect my immune system. I, as many people out there with similar type diseases have real concerns about being forced into putting this into our bodies without any long term study of the effects it could produce. So my question is, are natural immunities better than a vaccination? I think most doctors would say yes to that question.

      Vaccines only work against part of the virus, not the whole thing like natural immunity does. If I understand right, even if the antibodies don't last for your lifetime, the memory T and B cells do last. If you've really had covid and not a false positive, you'll never get it again. Like the man in this video, Doctors Peter McCullough and Al Johnson give thorough and good info about covid. Natural immunity is "robust, complete and durable." They and many other doctors are saying this.

    So the site of injection is in no way indicative of where the spike proteins may end up even if the injection is intramuscular. Inadvertent intravenous administration sounds problematic. Presumably then many will end up in the vascular endothelium as witnessed by positive D-dimer assays in many. Seems like the safest vaccine might be one that delivers the lowest efficacious concentration of MRNA.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  2 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      Yes, it would seem that spike protein could be distributed anywhere in the body once exosomes enter the blood. However, keep in mind that these exosomes might or might not contain mRNA, just spike proteins picked up from the cell surface, so whether mRNA efficiency to perform its duty is affected would still be a question mark. But the fact that these spike proteins are seen in circulation for so long would suggest that mRNA is producing tons of spike protein.

    • @D9.805
      @D9.805 2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Even if the vaccine is administered correctly in the deltoid, not all of the mRNA enters skeletal muscle cells at the injection site-some amount will be distributed throughout the body. The lipids that encapsulate the mRNA allow it to freely enter any cell it happens to bump into. All cells have ribosomes that can translate mRNA into spike protein, so any cell in the body that uptakes mRNA will produce spike-vascular endothelial cells, cardiac pericytes, hepatocytes, etc. Subsequently, immune cells will flag and attack spike on given cells and inflammation, cellular damage, etc. will occur.

As a Veterinary Technician, giving vaccines daily to cats and dogs at one clinic we would do blood test or titer testing for antibodies testing to see what is available instead of just giving the animal another vaccine that probably is "Overkill"...? So in animal medicine testing vaccines given for PCR for Dogs and Cats how is it something jumps from "Bat" to any animals does this have anything to do with animals to humans without administering vaccines that are therapeutic injection not a cure. I'm not anti-vaccine I am not sure how I am missing humans constantly testing on animals these animals have consciousness and are mirros of us. There is a moral code we need to respect and universal laws.

    If exosomes allow cells to communicate from one part of the body to other parts, could it be possible that the exosomes could spread to other individuals and allow communication cells to communicat between individuals? Could these exosomes be selfreplicating, that when one individual gets the "message" that exosome carry, it would make it more, so the other individuals would get it too?
    If this is true, would exosomes then actually be pretty close to what viruses are?
