    Hi, I have total 7 years of experience. Out of which i was started startup on 2nd year and eventually closed on 4th year. I got call from capegemini. I told i dont have pf for the second company since it was a IT startup founded by me and my friend. I do have business documents and around 6 month bank statements. But Hr was not agreed for that. What to do ?

      Hey Rakshith,
      You may talk to the HR and ask for any workaround.
      Also you can submit the pf of the first one if that works.

      @@mayurpatle7313 No there isnt any np during training period. However you may have to sign an employement agreement during onboarding before your training.
      So you may have to pay the training cost.

    2 rating how much hike percent..i am c band employee

    • @That_IT_Girl_1
      @That_IT_Girl_1  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For grade A in rating 2 the hike used to be 20% to 25% on CTC.Some got 10 to 15 % as well. And I had friends in some teams whose band got changed in 2 rating along with the hike, and for few they got good hike but band was not changed. It can be more also, depends on how critical and important is the employee for the manager and the team.But they would always say its "performance based."
      I have also seen cases where employee rejected it on mypath and then negotiated again with managers to get the satisfactory hike.
      But in all bands 2 rating has a lot better hike than 3.
