I once contacted support because i had problems of changing my phone number because of lock out in my region (if you dont know what lock out is google it) i went frame by frame to explain everything to them, in response they said that we understand the issue and looking forward to fixing it, i was excited at first... that was 2 months ago... roblox still hasn't fixed their issue.
