As badass as the new Mercury motors are and I like the sound of a supercharger, nothing and I mean NOTHING will replace the screaming, hair raising sound of a Mercury Racing 2.4 or 2.5 spinning to 7500rpm, even more so with twins. The sound must be heard to be understood as words don't do it justice.
